I agree. Too many of the groups are doing "cafeteria audio & video" where everyone is in one area sharing mics & cams, or they goof around and talk over one another too much. Both cases make following the story too difficult.
A well prepped game for streaming or later video watching, is one where everyone is chill (and takes their turns), everyone has put some pre-effort into making sure their audio set up is decent, each person has their own cam ....and the GM (narrator) makes sure his audio setup in bold, clean and dominant on the stream.

I Love the apartment module! And this group does it so well. First group I've seen take on the body gaurds and win.

I’m running the Apartment right now, and after my nephews decided to capture the Militech guards I decided to keep this as a start to my planned campaign. I plan on having the building get destroyed no matter what they do, killing several people including the guards. Then Militech is going to frame the players as terrorists taking down the building because it is a Militech safe house. This will cause the players to be ostracized and have to go underground while trying to clear their names.

Listening to your stream, guess Ill just update this comment as I go:
- I home-ruled cover. Defensive cover you cant be hit at all (or attack). Offensive cover, you can shoot back. your opponent must make a called shot to hit you, if they miss, they hit your cover instead.

I watched 2 other Cyberpunk Red play sessions. 1 had a really good GM but 1 player was really loud and obnoxious and very rude to the GM (I think they were good friends but it was immersion breaking for me) so I couldn't watch.
The other group I watched, again, really good GM but 2 players ruined it for me. 1 player was doing the silly comic relief thing. The other was just doing stuff to get the group in trouble, like being on a serious infiltration mission, surrounded by people who will throw you out at best and kill you at worst.
This person was needlessly messing with random npcs in a way that would make them hostile, while the rest of the group is trying to gather vital information.
Your group "so far" seems balanced. Not making the best choices if your goal is not to be shot but not breaking immersion.
