    Because with vehicle manual it is not mention.
    No one share any safety guidelines from showroom also properly.
    And take it verry casually.
    I personally checked
    With 5 amp plug when kept for charging
    Charger as well wire heats a lot.
    But same
    15 or 32 amp ot does not heat so much.
    And many places where I was keeping for charge including my house with 5 amp
    All this places got mcb of their house issue.
    Electeician tols itslow quality mcb so such issue may come.
    But I feel if we charge in 15 amp may be the issue may not come
    Also looking for guidance from yr team.

      I don't see how a lower amp would be more hot.

      I don't know about it. One electrician told me yr charger is of 10amp and u are using 5 amp plug so it will give more load and heat up.
      U can check and share yr opinion with practical use.

      ​@@drnirajmodiphysio2447 My bad I misread your comment. You are right higher the rating of the plug more safer it is. It depends a lot on the charger. How much current a charger draws.
      The EV company should be able to provide this information.
      I have Ather 450x and Ather recommends 15A socket but I charge on a standard 5A one. I intend to get a 15A socket installed.

    Bought Pure ev epluto 7G based on recommendation having minor issues with front suspension and brake sensors . Build quality in general is a toss. But battery and range seems to be fine so far 5k kms done. Am an EV enthusiast and agree with your points

      Bro yesterday I had a test drive of e ploto, when the brakes are applied then the vechile turns off and when I loose the brake then only it starts, is this a feature of scooty or was it a fault ?

    Question is why they have not showing their investor name on website.
    Because their is no investor , Dealers are only the investor . They were using dealers money for investing

    I remember the very technical interview with the Battery guy of PureEv and plugin India, and while plugin India team kept asking about the cell types and origins, all we could get from Pure EV team was that they are using C1 cells at a discharge rate of C/5(or C5) which theoritically should increase battery life. Seems to me they used very cheap cells with unknown origins and used it at lower discharge/charge rate and called it a day.

      Dear it's not true if the batteries are cheap then it would not have been possible I have been using the epluto7g and done 54k kms in 2.2 years and per charge it returns 105-108 kms so I am not ready to accept that pure ev uses cheap quality

      They are using nmc18650 ultra performance as mentioned in my brochure. It's very standard cell I guess the fire issue is them drawing at much higher Crates this need engineering of BMS

    I have completed 31000 km with e trance neo.
    Started battery issue from 22000 km and given back to company.
    The twitter text shared is mine in video.
    I have given battery back 3 rd time back to back to company since every time they have not done the needed work.
    But yes I have got spare battery so comfortable with it.

      I also gave the battery to the company for inspection, but they are asking for extra money for replacement . But still it's in warranty. I don't know what to do please help me in this matter

      I sold my bike and now using petrol bike only.
      Too many issue with battery and quality of parts of bike.
      Can't waste time on repair all time.

    The management should give up their ego & attitude about indigenissation but focus on quality with FAME 2 subsidy eligibility.

    Fire incident of Pure EV 7G is now very common. It has already happened with my Pure EV 7G scooter. It’s a major concern for us. But the battery performed well after 6k kms and provided 80-85 kms in second mode.

    Yes also i got a message from pure ev multiple times on battery protocols and also they call for charger software update and calibration settings and it was done within 35mins. Their service is awesome

    Hi... I'm using epluto 7g since Aptil 21 in scorching heat of Visakhapatnam. Just Completed 4k km. Getting a decent range and pickup. Smalls issues related to built quality are there, like mode-changing switch not working properly, front break sensor not working etc. Moderately happy with the scooter. No complaints on battery till now, though its only 4k km I've covered. Keeping my fingers crossed for the future.

      Agreed. I am also an epluto owner but with a very light usage. I have driven it for only 1.5K kms in last 6 months and have not been facing any issues till now.
      But with so many events of reported fire incidents, It creates uncertainty about future. Keeping fingers crossed.

      It's benn 1yr since I commented. But later the range did drop to ~35km. As per company's recommendation installed minifarady chip. Range increased to 60-65.but issues continue. Not a good experience at all

    I think all EV scooters should have air cooling system (thats the bare minimum) to stop battery overheating and thermal overload relay and use of only A Grade cells, and as recommended, upgrade to NEW LFP Cells instead of used LFP Cells that are dumped by China on our country. And there should proper indicators for vehicle overloading and thermal overloading of both controller, motor and battery pack for enhanced safety.
    While i visited an EV expo in Kolkata for the first time, I found barely any clearance between the battery compartment walls and the battery and absence of cooling system matters the most. I should say only EV 4Ws make more sense as they have a robust liquid cooling system.

    iski build quality achi nhi h meri gadi m bhut sari problems h company mna kr rhi h kh rhi h ye shi h.
    battery starting m acha chalti thi ab max 50-55 km chal rhi h
    I am not satisfied with pure.

    I purchased PureEV ePluto 7G in 2020 and I was getting very good range. Unfortunately I was away from city for 2-3 months twice and hence in the last 2 yrs, the scooter remained unused for a long period of time. After coming back faced issues of range drop to 50 kms and also sudden death of battery even with 3 bars on scooter. Talked to dealer and he suggested cell balancing using Batrics Faraday. Post that the range has improved to 70 kms. However now I charge my battery once a week and also when the scooter travels reaches 50-60 kms. I get regular updates from PureEV on precautions, services and charger servicing as well. Overall satisfied with the scooter and the company.

    Yes I am a Pure 7G owner just crossed 14,000 Kms I still get 130 Range. The company is asking us to give for Battery health camp and charger check. I have taken battery for the camp. .The customers have been already informed about this battery camp and battery battery charging guideline. Daily by whatsup. At present I could see customers waiting to get dashboard units replacement for 5 months. I could see that there no dashboard stock.

      For what action should be taken it's the best electric scooter and also the trusted brand in india.within 2.5 years listed in top 5 electric scooters manufacturers in india and their products are superb so what we have seen case of fire it's not only pure ev catching fire Okinawa ,hero electric ,jitendra new ev tech and even Tesla has caught fire then all should be banned

    I own a low power ePluto (not 7g) and am pretty happy with the vehicle, it's range and speed. Build quality is average and that was known even before purchase. Have done 5K Kms in 14 months and there is no drop in range or top speed. My dashboard display went kaput but was replaced by the company, they took some time though.

    I Bought epluto 7 g by your recommendation, facing problems with rear brake. Lot of sound coming from that.taken so many times to dealer,they told they solved but that did not last even for 5 mins. Even at the time of service also they could not solve the issue

    I know you are a bunch of people absolutely passionate about promoting EVs and Renewable Energy.
    After cancelling Ola because of their messy starting troubles, I bought Pure EV's ETrans based on Plugin India's positive feedbacks on the Company's vehicles. Feeling let down now. Your recommendation came three months too late for me 😭
    I live in an apartment and everytime I keep the battery for charging, I tend to worry about potential fire and potential consequences. Though the dealer has promised that our vehicle's battery is fine, I keep checking every 5 to 10 minutes to ensure there is no overheating.
    Have booked a recently launched Electric SUV and ladies of the house are up in arms. Now my family is dead against going for any EV, after multiple and some tragic fire incidents were reported.

    I was the dealer of PURE EV from 2020, I left the dealership due to their chaos policies in aug 2021. They have kept my hard earned money from aug 2021 and not refunding . Now they are started harassing my customer . They call my customers for the service camp at particular date . But after that they just ignore them and do not conduct any camp. This happens 3 times to customer . I think they have taken this to a personal level. We have communicated with IIT HYDERABAD regarding their incubated, IIT Hyderabad have no relation with PURE EV . They confirmed . We request you to plz investigate on this .

    1. *can't understand why they cannot use LFP* nowadays these battery can connect with our smartphones & we can see the health (temperature) of these batteries... Not Rocket Science.
    2. *Touchscreen should be done away with to reduce cost.* Let the data connect with our phones.
    When they do OTA Update they can collect the he data.
    3. *It makes much more sense for the scooter makers to connect to our phone than to a vehicle.* Cause there is much more info in our phone than they will ever get from a scooter.

    Pure EV is very transparent and genuine. Their bad battery shipped between nov 2021 and mid 2022 still haunting them.
    But at least new batteries are safe and reliable .
    With subsidy getting removed slowly and they volentraly kept them out from subsidy, they are very competitive now
    I own thei scooter and am satisfied. No range drop. Good build quality.

    I am a pure EV EPLUTO 7G owner purchased in October 2021 so far covered 6500 KM the following problems faced by me so far 1) handle lock got jammed,replaced by local pure EV Service person on payment basis,2)even though charging three points shown on the display but vehicle is getting discharged completely and stopping.This has happened for me nearly four times. As of now all my free services are completed,I will be approaching for paid service. Kindly suggest shall I continue to use EPLUTO shall I change the vehicle with another EV.

    I'm facing severe issues with display panel and controller that's rectified once by Pure team and it keeps on repeating. They still haven't identified the actual issue causing the problem. I myself have understood, the vehicle is heating up if rode for 20kms or so in a stretch and turns off with weird blinking in the display. Again after a while for about 10 mins wait, it'll start and move. The customer service doesn't escalate and looking a proper channel to take it forward for their higher authority to understand and also this helps for their better research in fixing the problem all around.

    I am using Epluto 7G from past 17 months. I get a range of around 100 KM, using drive 1&2 mode. My current odometer is at 7800 KM

      I am using epluto 7g and have done 54k kms in 2.2years and per charge it delivers 105-108kms also if we don't do battery balancing every 5-7k kms using Batterics Faraday then yes range gets decreased and i observed it .So I personally think every ev needs maintenance.

    Iam from Hyderabad, Thank you for your concern and support towards customers, the company charged huge money, but the build quality is poor, it's plastic is very poor than Asian paint bucket which is unbreakable if we throw it from 2nd floor.
    It's headlight always makes sound while riding. All its parts are of low quality, which are as same as a child's toys.
    Servicing is also poor that the dealers won't check the batteries and chargers at the time of service. Being a owner of entrance Neo, after seeing many EV blasts i am at fear of its battery health. What is the meaning in servicing an EV without battery checkup?!!! If people are killed, will the company and dealers would be happy and satisfied? Please see to it that company mandates battery check up at regular intervals or service.
    Thank you for making this platform to express our views....as we don't know how to approach the company and the dealers won't help after the sale.

    I have bought epluto 7g on December 15 2021. Intially i got the range of 110-120 km per charge now after 8 months of use i have covered 8000 km and my battery range is now 70 km. I noticed 3 consecutive times at exactly 70km the battery drained out .

    Hello. My name is JASPREET Singh.
    I am an entrance neo owner and have become a huge fan of pure ev since I started watching your videos and seeing Mr Atul owning an entrance neo.
    I was so inspired that I purchased the vehicle asa the showroom opened in Delhi. The showroom opened in July and on 4th August 2021, I bought the vehicle.
    But things have become sour for me since February 2022 when my entrance neo suddenly stopped even while showing 2 bars of battery on display. At this time vehicle barely covered 80-85 kms with single rider.
    Post speaking with the dealer they gave me a spare battery after 20 days of complaint so that they can check on BFS system.
    After 7 days they gave me my battery back saying the issue has been resolved but it never happened.
    I went to their battery and charger health checkup camp in which they changed the BMS and also have dropped the charger voltage. Now post that my vehicle is not giving a range more than 70-75 kms.
    The vehicle suddenly turns off while showing 3 bars on display. I have to carry the charger along while commuting now.
    I have raised a complaint again with the dealer and have received a reply that they will arrange a spare battery and whenever it's arranged i have to leave my old battery with them for testing again.
    I have driven the vehicle almost 23k kms till now. But as the company gives a warranty of 40k kms they should consider replacing the battery and should extend the warranty on the battery they offer as replacement as their battery degradation process is fast so they should change the battery and increase the warranty on kms.
    I have always received support and satisfaction from dealer Ebox motors in New Delhi. They are withstanding their customers but if the vehicle or battery is faulty how will they cope up with the product and till how much time they will be able to support their customers.

    Now they have started ais 156 certified batteries which is best standard available. I am in yamuna nagar and no other dealer including hero or okinawa clam8ng battery certifications. You should review it again. I have reviewed many ev before buying and finally decided to buy it.

    Hi - I Use a PureEV EPluto 7G. I bought it in September'21 and started facing problem from June'23. The dealer who sold us the vehicle closed his outlet in Cuddalore and Pondicherry. The first outlet was closed with in 6 months and the second one was closed in 1 year. Battery failed all of a sudden and after lot of difficulty located their service center in Pallikaranai, Chennai. The company claims that the battery was out of warranty as we have not serviced the vehicle. How does the company expects us to service the vehicle when there are no service center in 100km radius. The one time that i serviced the vehicle they hardly took 30 minutes and did nothing with the battery. They are simply dodging the warranty. Would appreciate any help

    There are lots of problem with EPLUTO 7G.
    1) Charger do not cutoff power after full charging it turns green and red continuously.
    2) Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery ma be damaged or the things kept inside the boot space may be damaged.
    3) poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to delership agent , they will alwys tell that yes sire it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
    4) Back wheel break makes noise whenever I apply break.
    5) cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some excel blade looks so cheap .
    6) front storage box is so week I feel like within 1 year it will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
    7) company logo "pure ev 7G" is pasted using double side tape, which feels so cheap.
    8) battery holding box paint quality is so cheap.
    9) because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle, outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily.
    10) we need to press the seat very hard to lock it, only a strong man can lock the seat, for women, children's, ladies, senior citizens it is difficult to lock the seat (not difficult its impossible)
    11) overall all the materials used for manufacturing this product is not that good.
    12) overall it looks like some 2 college graduates made this vehicle as a project work, it doesn't look professional.
    13) All the above points are acceptable if this vehicle was a startup and not competing with any other scooters, but now this vehicle is costing more than other scooters in the same segment (bounce infinity, hero optima and ampere magnus ex) so these mistakes are not acceptable.

    This is good on Plugin India's part to be transparent about these issues with Pure EV. But very unfortunate for Pure EV and overall for Indian EV 2-wheeler industry and a big disappointment for potential EV customers like me waiting since long to have courage to purchase an EV 2-wheeler. It looks like this wait to buy a 2-wheeler EV is going to be longer and longer

    I am using Etrance neo 2022 long seat model since 7 months and drived 7800km and no issuie in electronics till now bust facing stiffness in front suspension and front wheel and rear wheel bearings is gone almsot 500 to 600 rs of bearing pair cost for both the wheels I am surprised to see the bearings gone in just 8000KM within 7 months this should be change

    Pure ev has identified the series of battries catching fire and they have started to recall these series and also they are updating the software and calibration settings of batteries and chargers so it's not that easy to recall as these vehicles are huge so they are trying their best

    I have bought E pluto 7g in November 2021 and after exact one year am facing continuous battery issues. And my dealer at trichy is not supporting and always informing me that they have sent my battery to service and finally after one year they retuned my battery with same condition. Indeed they have closed the dealership too and now am greatly affected . Kindly help me

    I own pure EV epluto low speed model. I've experienced frequent front disk brake issues and the battery range dropped dramatically after using it for 8-9 months.

    I am Pure ev NEO trance owner. Bought this ev on 23 Feb 2022 .Not facing a single issue till now. Just a small thing make me think that only once it has given me the range of 112 kms and that was the 1st ride after buying the ev. After that it decreased to 90 to 100 kms. But I thinking as it is as per driving conditions coz I have to drive it in cities moderate traffic .

    There is no spare battery in their showroom. When I went to the showroom, the dealer says that all the batteries have gone to the manufacturing department, and you have to wait for 15 to 20days for spare battery. How can I stay without a vehicle for 20 days? how can i travel? May be i will wait if my warranty is expired. Why should I wait now for so many days within 6 months of purchase.

    I purchased pure ev entrance neo based on plugin India channel review on last year July I drove nearly 13000kms and as of now i don't have any issues with respect to battery and range drop I want to give suggestion to pure ev company please maintain old standarts as okhinawa are coming with good models with range and better battery colling mechanism, thank you plugin India for this video

      @@hrithiksengar8824 As per company instruction don't charge battery after the long ride immediately atleast give one hour break after the ride then you can charge and proper grounding should be there , if battery is drained out completely it will take 4 to 4.5 hours to charge and don't put whole night for charging it may deplet the range

    I have bought entrance neo on 6/04/2022, i feel that there is a range drops and incorrect distance record (for every actual 1.5 km travelled the distance record shows 3 kms) and in the last two points in the ev it has very unreliable range and speed reduces drastically.
    Now that my entrance neo has travelled 1200kms, i would like to give the pros and cons,
    Pros
    Easy manuearability
    Less cost for charging
    Decent speed for in city use.
    Cons,
    Every time I go on a speed breaker, the body touches to speed breaker.
    Stand is not properly placed.
    Ground clearance is not good.
    Stand will hit the road. Even while turning the vehicle sometimes the stand hits the road.
    Range anxiety when it's in last 3 points.
    Speed and performance gets affected in last 3 points of battery.

    After AIS156 PURE EV battery packs have completely changed and my neighbour has bought etrance neo and he is using it from 3 months and done 4800kms and he told me no issues at all and it's working fine and range is around 110kms using it in city and mode 2 what else is required

    My vehicle is e-Pluto 7G Aug-22 model. Now which is giving only 35 km range. It is suddenly dropped after 2nd Service.
    This problem exists from January-2023. After 2 month (I.e., in march-2023). But still the problem was existing. Then we have again for battery again on Aug-2023 (4-08-2023). But till today we have not got back the battery (09-10-2023). First time (Jan-23), we got the backup (spare) battery immediately from dealer and it was working fine. Second time (Aug-22), we received the backup (spare) battery after 10 days. But it is not working (it runs for 15/20 kn and suddenly stops in the middle of the road without any indication) properly. The dealer is Royal Motors, Madurai.
    Please let me know if you need any more info.

    Purchased entrance Neo after your review. Not blaming you but it's been almost 2 years now and twice faced battery issues on the bike. At time the scooter completely shuts down power even though the battery has good amount of charge. Now I regret for choosing Pure Ev, infact choosing an EV over an IC engine is not reliable. One more big time set back is no potential pre-owned market for these.
    I would request to please choose an IC engine if you are solely dependent on one bike.

    Feb 21 bought Epluto 7G, upto today, I changed new motor cost 15,000, suspension, front bearings, now battery reduced to 45 km from 100 km

    Your review is absolutely right. As I'm facing lot of issues with service after to the sales.
    Moreover Im facing battery issues, handed over to the service Centre and they returned back after 3 months, I and still the problem continues..
    Pls people who served this videos and reviews, I pls don't go for this brand...
    My recommendation pls choose any EV vehicle who have a good response in service..

    I purchased Pure EV Etrance Neo on April 2021. Already claimed warranty on the battery twice. After every 6000-7000 km run, the battery's performance drops so bad that the range is just 30 KM. I have zero trust in Pure EV now. I can't rely on this scooter to go to any place now. Had faced multiple times this range drops issue, anytime it can go wrong. I'm pretty sure after the warranty gets over it is just a matter of days before my battery will be completely useless. The purpose for which I bought the EV is now completely ruined.

    Sir, I regret for not watching this video before buying my first EV That is Pure EV Epluto 7g. for the first 5 months it was completely fine giving me 100+ range. Problem started after 3rd servicing. it suddenly dropped to 0 % with only 7 km of range. The dealer is giving only dates as to when it will be done. Now almost 2 months have passed with no solution and i have kept the bike at dealer point. Call center is also pathetic as no one is bothered to call back. My daily usage is only 30 km but with only 7 km range is of no use for me. after my complaint and dealer workshop visit, i found out that nearly 30 batteries were lying there with same issue. even if they provide me with spare battery i will be happy to use it as i need to pay for petrol and EMI also.

    Viewing this video after facing issue.
    Epluto 7g suddenly stopped.
    after full charging. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
    Started riding for 20kms. Then it suddenly stopped on road. I on/off mcb . But no use. Display was not showing when the key is ON.
    My bike rode 6000+ kms. From hyderabad.
    Road side assistance was zero. They ask where you bought the bike etc. They have a subscription plan for road assist. Not sure how effective it is.
    Now I am afraid I battery breaks down who to contact and by when I can get it repaired or replaced.
    No idea about Resale value.

    sir i am from kota and in 16 march 2022 we brought the e trance neo by reccomandation of your channel ATUL GOPAL sir . sir we live in a village , i am 2nd year btech student at iit roorkee i realies on pure ev because of iit hydrabad helps them for BMS . sir recenttly continously fire catching incident happening and and we are affraid to using it . we remove the battery and kept it in a room since 13 april . i try to contact thre company but no replies . from the news , company back their ev from customers but we have no information from dealer and company side . this is not true they doing fraud with us , sir my request to you that please find the solution for exisiting users of pure ev to stop the hazardious incident. company sholud back the scooters and after resolving the faults of fire catching then they again distribute to their owners .

    I am also a pure ev 7g owner, and facing battery related issues....i baught my ev in dec2021.....after my ev completed 6000km very nicely..with issueless.....but after that it got suddenly off while riding......i called to service person for it same and he was demanded for visit to service centre with vehicle and battery.....i gave my battery and charger for campaign which is arranged by company......after that campaign..... performance is improved but problem still there.....
    One day i taken the battery for charging and plugged in and wait for full charge....within 1
    30 hr smoke was coming from battery and i stopped the charging and kept the battery outside to room.
    I called to service person.....he was totally unware of it that how to treat for such situations....
    He came and taken the battery and charger for investigation.....after that i got 1 rotational battery from service centre....and showking news that,.....this battery also problematic....and giving 40 to 4t km range.....
    Vehicle sudden stop while riding....
    Pls suggest me ......i am frastutated by this vehicle and really disappointed.....
    If anyone requires battery got smoked....i can share it...
    Suggest me how can i. Handle this type of situations.....

    I'm e Pluto 7g owner and I got battry range drop probelm after 5 months and 7500 km battery suudenly gone off when I was riding and 4 bars was left they said it's and battry series failure And it was sent to factory and they provided me spare battery for use I have used it for month now but again yesterday same problem with spare batty happend 🔋 pure ev should improve their services and battery pack issue they are serious I still haven't received my original battery pack from 1 and half months has passed now

    I bought epluto 7g because of your recommendation and I never get 100 km range from day 1, asked multiple time to dealer but he only gave excuses that he will make it but never did anything. I am hardly getting 85 km range

    The battery pack of my pure ev epluto 7g stopping working only after 8 months of the purchase. I got a replacement battery pack which was performing well. After 3 months I got back my original battery and I was informed that it was repaired. But after repairing of the battery I am hardly getting 30 35km of range in a single charge and that only in eco mode.
    I have been complaining again and again, but getting no proper support from the company.

    I have also bought epluto 7g on July 2020 after seeing pluin india epluto 7g video review.
    I have completed 11300km so far and now getting range of 70km only.
    Range issue is from day one I have got max 90km only.
    Battery visited two times to hyderabad for other issue and technician software upgrade fault.
    No improvement in range.
    My epluto 7g is become modified version.
    Installed below custom parts:-
    Activa 3g coneset
    M80 major Gabriel rear suspension
    Seat modified for comfort
    Today installed ceat 90/100 10 grip x3 rear tyre as company fitted Ralco tyre don't have good grip and slipped two times.

    I am from Hyderabad and facing the same Range drop issue with my 18months old Epluto 7G (driven 6500kms). Raise complaint on 15th May 2023 and till now they is no proper response from Company or Dealer. When I asked for Rotational temporary battery Dealer is saying they don't have rotational batteries provided by company and when I checked with customer care when to expect my battery they still saying it will take 2-3 weeks.. Very poor and worst service from Pure EV.. Suggest everyone not to buy any pure EV vehicles.
    @PluginIndia please help in escalating the issue with Company and get it resolved ASAP.

    I have also bought Epluto 7g in early 21. May 22, the range decreased dramatically, 100+ to 70 then 48. I have complained, although they've given me a rotational battery, original battery is with them. I also wrote in twitter

    They are charging for Pure Ev Pluto 7g for 1,05,000/- which i felt is on higher range.
    Was just going through videos and came up with this video which has been negative about pure EV.
    I want a genuine suggestion which EV i should go below 1,00,000/-

    I own a neo...the battery come to sudden death even after fully charged. I am really disappointed. The service guy says to replace the battery and asks 60k. This is too much for a 80k vehicle. Please suggest how this can be resolved .no one replies to our querry

    my epluto 7g is now giving 65-70 km range only.. & suddenly got shut down on road many time... its only one year old... warranty has complete just now in july 2022.. plz don't buy pure ev scooters.. very bad quality and very disappointing customer service .

    Dear Plugin India team,i bought this Pure 7G scooter looking at your initial reviews and wanted to share my displeasure with my experience. I am from Hyderabad and thought i can get better service as company is situated nearby but ever since i bought this vehicle i lost my peace. Had several issues and absolutely no service from dealer. Vehicle stopped on the road with battery having full charge..i gave it to dealer and till now I didn't get it back...needless to say company provides cheap battery, unreliable spares and worst of all their service..I haven't recommended this vehicle to anyone after i purchased..i feel betrayed and chested and regret for purchasing this cheap vehicle

    I purchased a pure ev epluto 7g but after seen the news that scooter catching fire I feel that I have a live bomb with me when I drive the scooter nd charge the battery. If I resell this that mean there is no warranty on the scooter after resell. I ask why ?? After resell that scooter convert to activa??? About build quality of the scooter I want to say that this is cheaper than u can think. About range if u don't drive scooter 5 days after that u charge nd drive scooter range will be 50 km now company will say that pls submit your battery to nearest showroom and wait for 1 month .... Ma ka sobda pagal smjha hai be ??? ये चाइनीज़ खिलौना मेड इन इंडिया बोल कर बेच दिया। i will file the case in consumer foram.
