Koi bhi ye scooty mat Lena battery problem not solved
NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself.
For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response.
I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE.
@PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur

भाई कन्वर्ट kit gogoa1 में है और RTO approve भी है। बाकी लोकल kit लगाकर भी कन्वर्ट हो जायेगी, but वो RTO Approve नही होगी

सर मैंने भी इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी ली है स्पा कंपनी की लगभग 1 साल हो गया है बहुत ही बुरा एक्सपीरियंस रहा है एक बार तो उसका पिछला सोकर ही टूट गया तब नेट किया से और जब भी उसकी सर्विस कराने जाते हैं तो उसके जो सर्विस वर्कर होते वह ढंग से सर्विस में नहीं करते हैं कुल मिलाकर पेट्रोल गाड़ी से बेस्ट कोई भी गाड़ी नहीं है

Scooter sold from dec 2021 for next 6 months had bad batteries. Apart from that..this scooter is A1 .
I had to face lot of problem due to bad battery batch. They fixed mini batrics farady after lot of follo ups and from then, all battery issues are fixed. I liked it

@@charvishah7499 do not fall in their pray. Even mini faray faday kept battery alive for 1 year only then battery dead ...they are not honoring warranty so never buy new battery . Take my words even with new battery they WILL NOT honor warranty....keep away

I have epluto 7g purchased 21 months ago driven 35k km,(thirty five thousand km) no issues untill now. Initially it's giving 110km but now 90km range in single rider.
