Such a underrated channel
I found your channel late in the season while healing from my broken neck, so the recap was good, and motivated me to consider watching some more of your old videos.

I just left sunshine village in Banff. It was shut down slush cup weekend. It was awesome there’s tons of snow for the end of may. Even the ski out is still open to the bottom.

As others have said my family and I have benefited from you whistler videos. Were pushing more and more into the double diamonds -Coulier and Glades. So your tips are gold for us. But yeah, March was gold at Whistler this year. Every day we went there had a fresh DUMP of power the night before. Too much fun.

glad you were able to go skiing. This year I couldnt fly, and local ski hills needed a certain "pass" unrelated to skiing to buy tickets or season pass, therefore I couldnt ski one single day.
It was my worst season after last year's season where snow conditions were awful and then curfews kicked in so I couldnt ski anyways since I mostly go out at night...
Anyways. Glad you were able to enjoy skiing.
Dude SAME!!! I live in Ottawa, and skied the crappy Ontario hills until March, then got out and did the Quebec ones for the last few weeks. One of the weirdest rules I’ve heard for an outdoor sport imo. Anyways, hopefully next season will be better!

They are old Soloman Guardian AT Frame bindings.
These were the model before they designed the shift bindings.
They're light but they rock and are the MOST secure bindings ever.
It’s been a fun first season!

DUUDE! Congrats on the "Best Ski Season of my life!" - that is such a good feeling to have and it was spectacular! I told you the powder would not stop and it still was good to the very end on May 23, 2022!
So what is next!? You riding the bike park or what man? You should come ride the park!! If you do, then hit me up and I will show you how a blackcomb snowboarder rolls down the Whistler Mountain Bike Park on a mountain bike.

I’m looking at renting and Airbnb or something like that for around a month in Jan - March, sometime to work and ski. Do you have any tips for finding the best, cheapest area for a beginner (I haven’t skied in over a decade)?

I've never really booked an Airbnb at Whistler so I can't help with that.
For skiing the Ego Bowl on the Whistler side will be your best spot to start skiing again, unless you need a quick refresher on the bunny hill.

And honestly, I’m open to any suggestions on where to go (doesn’t have to be Whistler) and where to stay (doesn’t have to be Airbnb) to spend a month skiing as cheap as possible while still being decent during the winter (would need to have good Wi-Fi so I can work remote) if you have other suggestions!
This is probably a stupid question, but how do you remove the ear pads on your helmet? I have the same one, but the ear pads seem to be connected to the boa dial and the adjustment plastic runs through holes on the padding and I am afraid that it'll rip off as I try to remove them. Any advice?
Dude great question. I encountered this exact problem.
It's been a while since I took them out so I barely remember
1. Tug out the earpads with pressure (they'll pull out and you can put them back in
2. Thread the earpads out of the boa (this is the part I forget..) But I don't remember having to take the Boa apart because I have gone back and forth before
