My name is Jonathan, I work at WEX and you know, they asked me if I'd be a part of the superhero photo shoot, so I said yes. I actually felt like I was a superhero. You looked like you were a superhero. It'll definitely help people like picture what we actually do, and like what makes us strong in our jobs. My biggest strength in the workplace? I like to think that I'm open to help anybody and I think that's what it's supposed to be about anyways. I worked two previous contact centers, one was hard collections and the other was just phone bills, and I mean I couldn't do it. You felt so "meh" about what you were doing, and with WEX, you know that your job is important. It's just a lovely place to work. I mean, we have the best people, we have the best management- it just gives you the warm fuzzies basically. Every day's different. Every day's a new adventure. I have been with WEX for two and a half years. It took me six months before I became a supervisor, helped a supervisor. You know, people want to feel like they have a sense of purpose and most contact centers you don't find that. But with WEX, you do. WEX always you know is so good about making sure that you feel like you have a sense of purpose, you've been rewarded for your hard work, your hard work is recognized by people that aren't just your basic managers and supervisors, it's recognized very largely throughout the company.
