Who is providing oversight for Quality Control/Quality Assurance to ensure the buildings are built in accordance with the right codes and specifications?
Anyone in his/her right mind who thinks this place will be ready in three months needs to get an evaluation of their mental capacity. Anyway, St. Thomas will be transformed next year when some of the buildings will be ready for occupancy.
The government should get more land in the back and build a 100 men police station and a 100 men Fire station 😊 i hope the court house has a holding cell for the prisoners and the building is sound proof.😊
Why? St. Thomas has a low crime rate. These are regular, everyday Jamaicans. From what I understand, the focus is on training (HEART) and employment (BPO). I am hoping to see lots of new jobs for the residents as private sector and public sector companies open up.
Typical contractors and deadlines even the common person that does not have a clue about constructions knows that deadline is not possible even 6 months after the time they have to complete (September)
