      A market might do better in the town

    Why not build a huge indoor shopping mall instead of separate structures?

    • @drivinginjamaica
      @drivinginjamaica  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Malls not that popular in ja

      @drivinginjamaica It's never been done properly in Jamaica. We need to be open to change. This project doesn't seem innovative. Neither is having new KFC locations.

      @@LONE_LEE1- Why do outdoor malls do better than indoor malls?
      Beyond the healthier traffic, retail tenants benefit from increased visibility in strip centers versus enclosed malls as well as lower operating costs, including having no common areas requiring upkeep.

      @@LONE_LEE1- Outdoor malls provide a relaxed and leisurely atmosphere, allowing visitors to enjoy the outdoors while exploring stores. They particularly resonate in regions with favourable weather conditions, offering an open and airy shopping experience.

      @@Stewy-xw9fz I would argue differently

    We love the developments, however, Jamaicans abroad are worried that local average Jamaicans are not going to truly benefit from most of these developments because their standard of living is so low. Majority of local Jamaicans do not earn a living wage. So we are concerned that most of these developments will benefit the rich and foreign investors.

    I viewed your videos frequently till I noticed a change in your toneand the way you filmed. It was as if you were being paid to produce political stuff. I then stopped viewing your vidoes and today I logged on to see what you were up toand amhappyh to see you have ditched the political stuff and gone back to just reporting. We will see if you continue but you sure messed up a good thing.

      I was watching Bill Burr, the comedian, he says he does stuff to piss people off and I am hoping that the vlogger return to adding his views and when he does I will know that you are pissed and upset and I will be laughing so hard as that will be poetic justice. The audacity of you mealy socialist people to want to tell people what to think and say. We live in a democracy. There are lots of vlogger who post things that I don't like do I don't go on there page as they are free to day what they want

      Why does he have to be paid to talk about politics.Maybe its just his personal opinion. Even people in the comment sections under his video provide political comments when he doesnt offer political comments at all on that video.Maybe just maybe its just their personal opinion. You do know though that it is his channel and he can comment on whatever he wishes.The question is though if you have such a problem with his political commentary why do you keep on watching?
