Most diesel pickups run well over 15-20 psi boost.. I do 10 psi over what your max boost is. Also, I might add, a boost leak will ruin your turbo

Should it stay pressurized when the air is shut off? Mine begins losing pressure right after I shut the air off

A shop did that to my turbo and I believe it blew the oil seal. Can. Boost leak can do that?

@@nekiko_z by the way, it’s not a dumb question at all. There are after procedures people have done to install an aftermarket one.

@@Corey-y4p PSI can range. Ex: I was pulling my 14,000 lb trailer yesterday driving slightly uphill and I was around 24 PSI.
