@@Death2Compromise And the same Metropolitan Philaret who said the other jurisdictions had no grace in their mysteries, also said that’s his personal opinion and he submits to the Synod on that issue. Nothing is ever as clear and one-sided as we want to believe.
And if it is the Moscow Patriarchate of today, why do you condemn the largest Orthodox Church in the world? It may have its faults, but is it not the Church? Kiril may not be a perfect man, but can you or I judge his soul? Only God judges! Or do you just stir up division without reason?

However, in the Moscow Patriarchate in the 20th century there was such a great saint as Matrona of Moscow, and she never rebuked the Russian Orthodox Church.
