    Thank you for this. I really like that you reported hops as "IBU" rather than grams /ounces. Much easier to reproduce the recipes.Cheers!

    Great video! How do you take your gravity reading during mash? I’d love to see more information on pressurized fermentation.

      Thank you! I pipette a small amount of wort onto a refractometer to take my gravity readings during the mash. The refractometer gives me a measure of BRIX, which I can convert into specific gravity. The next time I brew with the high pressure lager yeast I will make a more in depth video on how I use it!

    You yanks are so ridiculous!! Whats with the “we dont condone drinking under 21?” The rest if the world is 18/19 for a drinking age. BOLLOCKS!! but the beer looks great
