I might just be Valimar-biased, but the OST related to everything Valimar is just on another level most of the time. Again, the fast-paced nature of this song really helps these mech battles because they can be a bit slow.
abit is an understatement started playing ps4 version and turbo mode really helps.
@@codyfranczak4493 I feel like the people who played the PS4 versions just got too used to Turbo honestly. I never felt it THAT slow. Slower than regular battles yes, but not by that much. It's the same thing I thought when I hear people complain about the slowdown in certain dungeons. I could only just shake my head because I remember what the true slowdown of the VITA version of CS2 (Legram in the VITA version was not just slowdown but could trick you into thinking your VITA froze).
@@LeonGun8 Turbo Mode is like a drug. Once you start using it, you cannot stop.
Shit, the mech battles are the only time I turn OFF turbo mode. Feeling the clunkiness and listening to the metal clashing sounds just makes my dick get so fucking hard I can't handle the blood pressure and start Cumming blood

Absolutely phenomenal music to the scenes which this music plays! It really helped solidify those moments as iconic encounters in the game.
Another outstanding trance music from Unisuga, really like the rhythm in this one. The melodies are also very well crafted. Absolutely amazing track.

Sara and Gaius were the best assist out of the class. Sara debuffs enemies while Gaius can replenish CP faster than Alisa for some hp. Just use mp to restore hp.

I found some of them to be difficult so far in my 1st playthrough. Neithardt was pretty difficult.
@Shan Kanis he's technically an unwinnable boss fight is why similar to blueblanc and altina in where you can still win and get rewarded for it with ap and an alternate cutscene.

Yeah one thing you simply can’t do is give a harsh criticism towards the orchestrated soundtrack because tbh out of all jrpgs/rpgs/adventure/fighting/racing games I played (the genres I play) it’s definitely top tier

At first I was worried about the mech battles seeing how the ones from 1st game were so barren. Glad they stepped everything up in CS2.

Can I just say that I absolutely LOVE the Mech Battles in the Trails games? You have a shit ton of power at your disposal, the attacks are so satisfying to pull off when you hear the attacks connecting, and just seeing such high numbers is great as well for satisfaction... On top of that, none of the fights overstay their welcome making them not very long but not too short, to make you look forward to the NEXT Divine Knight battle, and in my opinion, I feel it's a lot less RNG based in these fights, where it relies more on your strategy.
Exactly. And upon that these fights aren't pushovers. Some of them are really tough like the final boss of Cold Steel or Vulcan in Cold Steel 2 in his Goliath.
Simplistic in design but still fun in execution. I honestly looked forward to every Valimar fight sequence.
If Falcom ever makes a bullet hell game they should use this as the theme for the first boss.
The Mach battles are extremely fun
