It might be worth mentioning that the BITS chain tool is 12 speed compatible, but the OneUp is only 11 speed.

      Awesome point!

Why is the one up chain breaker not 11 speed compatible? What would make it not compatible?

@@Treyzian I'm not 100% , but I think it's that the thinner chain isn't fully supported in the 11spd breaker. Happy to be corrected.
The V2 Of the OneUp tool is 12 speed compat though, and it launched just days after I posted originally!

Nice review. I'm looking to install the bontrager BITS on my Fuel EX and this is the most helpful video I've found.

Really nice review 👍. I’m currently using the OneUp tool stored in the OneUp pump, but I’m considering switching to steerer tube storage. Your video and explanation answered all of my questions.

Thanks for the review. In the future, please consider dialing the volume of the background music way farther down. (Or just skip it.) At this volume, it's very distracting.

Hi Gabriel, the entire system weighs 158 Grams. The Bits tool weighs 50 Grams.

Can you tell me what the max steerer tube length is with the bontrager tool? The specialized swat tool is very short...

It looks like it goes up to 250mm. trek.scene7.com/is/content/TrekBicycleProducts/Asset%20Library/Aftermarket%20Manuals/BT20_MANUAL_MTB_Integrated%20Tool_582389_WEB.pdf

I am currently using the Bontrager bits I think it’s pretty cool also one thing to remember with the one up when you thread your steer tube you void the warranty on your fork

Most bike shops will thread your fork tube for free, if you buy EDC tool from them, so in real life, EDC is actually cheaper.

Should be updated to mention Oneup has a non-tap tool.
