I bring my fans every cruise so it’s rare I hear noise and I don’t remember hearing anyone that much. What I DO remember was that little squeak when I came out on the balcony in the video. It’s something in the balcony divider hardware that when wind hits it there’s a super loud squeak you can hear from bed. I wound up cramming a wash cloth in the door jam and it helped.

I think we were at 60% capacity
Was the room loud?
I felt like it was very quiet but we were at a bit reduced capacity.
