Mr Stitchy never existing would basically delete all of book 2, and if Zizzy never got infected, that would delete the Store end cutscene+everything after that.
Here's my take everything stays with part 1 and part 2 but zizzy is alive If zizzy was never infected. she would survived the infected or not captured(can alternated by you) we could rekt the refinery and chapter 4,5 stay the same except chapter six when zizzy is with us and pony against willow and kolie that got out of the sewers. I know this was one year ago, and I wanted to write a whole entire but the obvious answer is: The infection has grown stronger, mr.p would die, and tio successfully completed his plans.
Here’s 2 suggestions I have! (couldn’t think of another one lol) 1. What if T.S.P never existed? 2. What if the player was the only member of the Safe Place left?
What if scenarios: What if we were the bad guys like tsp and the tsp were the good guys? What if Pony was the one who got scratched and gets infected in the refinery? What if William and Willow never met Daisy? What if Tigry actually threw his sword in sewers?

Well if pony was still in TSP Giraffy wouldnt have gotten shot in chapter 5 because in chapter 5 Willow was aiming at pony but if Pony was in TSP Willow wouldnt have tried to shoot Pony which means Giraffy wouldnt need to save anyone from the shot

Answer to the second question.. The piggy family had already taken the potion so they would have the infection. There would still have been an outbreak
Refinery would've never happened, and the safe place would've never blew up and we wouldn't go to jail. So i guess the conclusion is that we would spend our time in the safe place And which means chapter 3-8 and possibly all the way to 12 would've never happened
Still doesn't make sense. Willow would probably get arrested there on the spot and either can happen. They bring William to a better place where he would be safe and will have protectors. They give William a protector and William will be safe there. They leave William there to rot- so William goes to find her or escapes the house and dies
What if Pony Never left the tsp? I think that the first chapter affected would be carnival, as from the lore (which I know very little) the cage where foxy was left wouldn’t have foxy, as foxy and pony were searching for Zizzy and willow trapped foxy, as pony ran. That’s how pony found the safe place. Next, from the lore, pony knew Zizzy before the infection and only joined the t.s.p for safety, so with this information, that means at Old Oak, pony might have noticed Zizzy, or forgot (due to the corruption of the t.s.p). This would also mean that Mimi, Giraffy and Zizzy would have to help the player, rather than pony. This also means that Refinery would be more difficult as pony has to get into the vent to do something, so Mimi couldn’t do it, as Moles have poor eyesight so going in the vent would be fatal for Mimi. Giraffy would have to go into the vent, but, as we know from the cutscenes, Giraffy is still at the safe place, taking care of the twins. This would also mean that the ‘father figure’ of the twins wouldn’t be pony, but Zizzy. This also effects the map ‘mansion’ as Zizzy, Giraffy or Mimi will be taking care of the twins instead of Pony. This also effects the end chapter, as pony wouldn’t have gotten infected at docks, and we wouldn’t have to waste the cure on pony and we could save another character. I think that knowing what we know now, Pony never leaving TSP would go a LOT different. Since Pony knew Zizzy since childhood, when he sees Zizzy he'd probably be surprised to see her, and when Willow tells him to take her away, he would probably either resist but fail or leave right then and there.
Alleys: Doggy would just need to do all the work. House: The Player never go to the Piggy Familly's house for Georgie being missing. Station: Doggy would go on his own. Gallery: Doggy went to the Gallery and bonk father and do the work(again). Forest: The Player could've been there when Doggy got infected and we go on the rest if the chapters are the same. Exept City where there is only 1 diffrence. You dont tell Zizzy and Pony that you a police officer. And Mall since The Player dosent know Georgie. And Willow would not say that we are the cop the took her away from her familly. Forest (alternitive) The Player didnt live there. Sheepy would try to escape from there but gets attacked by Doggy. School (alternitive): Bunny found a vent so she escaped from there. Mr. P found her. Hospital (alternitive): Bunny tried to go on the helicopter but she didnt make it in time. Hospital (alternitive 2.0) Bunny meets us sick then Beary looks at how we feel like then we aren't sick. The rest of the story would be the same but we dont tell Zizzy and Pony were a cop and we dont know who Georgie is. And that Willow didnt say to us that we are the cop that we took her away. Metro (alternitive): Bunny then remembers that Mr. P gave her the potion she is sick from the potion (substance 128) and becomes infected.. Carnival(alternitive): Zizzy and Pony went to the carnival no survivors. Meanwhile in Piggy The Lost Book The Player sees that the train is not working so The Player goes outside and there he meets Brella. City (alternitive): Zizzy and Pony come to The Safe Place. City(alternitive 3.0): The Player is in a car trapped by the infected. Zizzy and Pony save The Player then the rest of the chapters are the same. Accept Thoose 3 things. Mall(alternitive): The Player was looking for food and water to survive the infection. We meet Zizzy and then we meet Georgie. Brella comes too! Outpost: We go to the Outpost Georgie comes with us at the same time. Georgie would be like Zizzy in Outpost. He dosent need the apple. He just goes bonk the soldiers. A rade of soldiers come. Zizzy and Pony protect the Plant. Plant: The Player Explodes the Plant but this time... The whole world became distorted. When looks at Ms. P's photo. We get the bad ending..... But the Player is imume. Book 2 soon! :D

this is talking about the tsp in general, not so much about puny pony. i really dont think it safe to trust the tsp, unless they got new members, being the ones we've seen. Theres that note in mall THAT NO ONE talks about anymore, with the tsp thanking mr p, so i think they implied that they took the infection to the advantage and spread it more hence the chaos. Tigry may have been a long term member or something, because the note in chapter 6 says that the group isnt what it used to be- and then theres pony warning us in chapter 2 that they did "awful things". If he didnt have anything to do with stitchy, his fear wouldve kept him there

I have another three suggestions: What if Pony was the one who got held hostage by Willow instead of Zizzy? What if the player never went to the Carnival and instead straight up head to the city himself/herself? What if George was infected?
What if the character roles were reversed so zizzy pony george doggy bunny and zizzys sisters work for T.S.P The Pandy was the police officer that got infected And the rest of T.S.P were other people that we befriended the insolence was helping us in book 2 and the player is Mr. Stitchy budgey helps us and doesn't lie to us.

Really late comment, but I have a theory. This starts off at Chapter 4, Pony, Willow and Baren are trying to infect Doggy. However, teh player wakes up and drags doggy to the police car, and drives safely to the Metro where they drop and hop on, visiting the Carnival, they encounter the caged Foxy, and Zizzy. All alone. She offers them to come to the Sadf Place, when we arrive at the City, since Pony isn’t here to destroy the planks on the keycode.Doggy does it, leaving Zizzy to be the NPC to stun the NPCS. A change in this chapter is that after we open the main exit in the city, a new exit opens up with the keycode, crowbar and green keycard, This is a good chapter as you need to memorise where you put the items, Grandmother also tries to attack you when you open up her Poutine, Zizzy asks us what we have been trying to do before the infection. The player mentions that they have been trying to find Georgie, Doggy captures a moment of Georgie, and we go after him leading to the Mall. We eventually find him and Robby detects that we aren’t infected and are just trying to stop the infection, Robby for some reaosn still has his vocal cords (not stolen from teardrop fr) and says that he would like to help us. We go onto the outpost, and Robby and Georgie comes along, Robby being the NPC for the distorted plant and Georgie for the regular plant, This concludes Book 1, Book 2 starts in the Safe Place and is also our first cameo of Pony, a note and drawing saying: “He is the one who demolished, and he shall rise up to his deadly deeds.” The drawing shows a poor drawing drawn by Georgie, as he encounters Willow, Pony, Baren and Kitty walking to the Forest when he was running away. It shows the four in their costumes, with the “cure” in their hand. The end cutscene is the cameo of pony, he doesn’t talk but comes along side with his wooden sword. They fight and eventually knock out 2 TSP members, this angers willow and drags Doggy by the arms, seeking revenge. However, the player snatches Zizzys kanata and headshots Willow. She falls to the ground and everyone packs up quickly and evacuates. They eventually revisit the mall with Robby and find rotting food, and Mousys lifeless body, decaying, they store shelter in the Vailt for a few days and awaken the Prototype, they return to the Forest after with the Prototype and set up yet again. (I’m lazy, so comment if you want more)
I have an idea : what if doggy and player didn't capture willow. So i this one player and doggy let willow go seeing her in a position but told her not to steal and give then food for a month until the infection.

What If? #1: Book 1: Chapter 1 and 10 would’ve never happened, Plant would’ve been slightly harder. And Book 2 wouldn’t be very different. What If? #2: Willow would’ve never met Daisy. In Book 2: Chapter 1, Willow and her family would’ve been arrested. However, Willow is a little bit softer since she’s still with her family. So this means that Zizzy would’ve never been infected, and most of Book 2 would’ve never happened. What If? #3: Pretty similar to the previous one, Willow would’ve still been arrested but a little bit softer since she still has William. Daisy would probably break Willow and William out of prison when the infection began so they could both go up north. So this means that T.S.P. would’ve never been formed, Doggy and Zizzy would still be alive, Budgey would’ve starved or get infected. And so on, and so forth. What If? #4: We likely wouldn’t even defeat Mr. P or TIO. In fact, we may even die. And when Zizzy and Pony defeat the infected soldiers, they’ll assume that we’re coming out of the Plant, but instead, Mr. P and TIO emerge from it. Mimi and Giraffy are stuck with Zee and Zuzy to take care of, T.S.P. is still doing bad stuff, and Budgey starves or gets infected. What If? #5: uh

What if Pony Never left the tsp?
I think that the first chapter affected would be carnival, as from the lore (which I know very little) the cage where foxy was left wouldn’t have foxy, as foxy and pony were searching for Zizzy and willow trapped foxy, as pony ran. That’s how pony found the safe place. Next, from the lore, pony knew Zizzy before the infection and only joined the t.s.p for safety, so with this information, that means at Old Oak, pony might have noticed Zizzy, or forgot (due to the corruption of the t.s.p). This would also mean that Mimi, Giraffy and Zizzy would have to help the player, rather than pony. This also means that Refinery would be more difficult as pony has to get into the vent to do something, so Mimi couldn’t do it, as Moles have poor eyesight so going in the vent would be fatal for Mimi. Giraffy would have to go into the vent, but, as we know from the cutscenes, Giraffy is still at the safe place, taking care of the twins. This would also mean that the ‘father figure’ of the twins wouldn’t be pony, but Zizzy. This also effects the map ‘mansion’ as Zizzy, Giraffy or Mimi will be taking care of the twins instead of Pony. This also effects the end chapter, as pony wouldn’t have gotten infected at docks, and we wouldn’t have to waste the cure on pony and we could save another character.

I think that knowing what we know now, Pony never leaving TSP would go a LOT different. Since Pony knew Zizzy since childhood, when he sees Zizzy he'd probably be surprised to see her, and when Willow tells him to take her away, he would probably either resist but fail or leave right then and there.

What if: the player was never a cop?
Alleys: Doggy would just need to do all the work.
House: The Player never go to the Piggy Familly's house for Georgie being missing.
Station: Doggy would go on his own.
Gallery: Doggy went to the Gallery and bonk father and do the work(again).
Forest: The Player could've been there when Doggy got infected and we go on the rest if the chapters are the same. Exept City where there is only 1 diffrence. You dont tell Zizzy and Pony that you a police officer. And Mall since The Player dosent know Georgie. And Willow would not say that we are the cop the took her away from her familly.
Forest (alternitive) The Player didnt live there. Sheepy would try to escape from there but gets attacked by Doggy.
School (alternitive): Bunny found a vent so she escaped from there. Mr. P found her.
Hospital (alternitive): Bunny tried to go on the helicopter but she didnt make it in time.
Hospital (alternitive 2.0) Bunny meets us sick then Beary looks at how we feel like then we aren't sick. The rest of the story would be the same but we dont tell Zizzy and Pony were a cop and we dont know who Georgie is. And that Willow didnt say to us that we are the cop that we took her away.
Metro (alternitive): Bunny then remembers that Mr. P gave her the potion she is sick from the potion (substance 128) and becomes infected..
Carnival(alternitive): Zizzy and Pony went to the carnival no survivors. Meanwhile in Piggy The Lost Book The Player sees that the train is not working so The Player goes outside and there he meets Brella.
City (alternitive): Zizzy and Pony come to The Safe Place.
City(alternitive 3.0): The Player is in a car trapped by the infected. Zizzy and Pony save The Player then the rest of the chapters are the same. Accept Thoose 3 things.
Mall(alternitive): The Player was looking for food and water to survive the infection. We meet Zizzy and then we meet Georgie. Brella comes too!
Outpost: We go to the Outpost Georgie comes with us at the same time. Georgie would be like Zizzy in Outpost. He dosent need the apple. He just goes bonk the soldiers. A rade of soldiers come. Zizzy and Pony protect the Plant.
Plant: The Player Explodes the Plant but this time... The whole world became distorted.
When looks at Ms. P's photo. We get the bad ending..... But the Player is imume.

this is talking about the tsp in general, not so much about puny pony.
i really dont think it safe to trust the tsp, unless they got new members, being the ones we've seen. Theres that note in mall THAT NO ONE talks about anymore, with the tsp thanking mr p, so i think they implied that they took the infection to the advantage and spread it more hence the chaos. Tigry may have been a long term member or something, because the note in chapter 6 says that the group isnt what it used to be- and then theres pony warning us in chapter 2 that they did "awful things". If he didnt have anything to do with stitchy, his fear wouldve kept him there

Really late comment, but I have a theory.
This starts off at Chapter 4, Pony, Willow and Baren are trying to infect Doggy. However, teh player wakes up and drags doggy to the police car, and drives safely to the Metro where they drop and hop on, visiting the Carnival, they encounter the caged Foxy, and Zizzy. All alone. She offers them to come to the Sadf Place, when we arrive at the City, since Pony isn’t here to destroy the planks on the keycode.Doggy does it, leaving Zizzy to be the NPC to stun the NPCS. A change in this chapter is that after we open the main exit in the city, a new exit opens up with the keycode, crowbar and green keycard, This is a good chapter as you need to memorise where you put the items, Grandmother also tries to attack you when you open up her Poutine, Zizzy asks us what we have been trying to do before the infection. The player mentions that they have been trying to find Georgie, Doggy captures a moment of Georgie, and we go after him leading to the Mall. We eventually find him and Robby detects that we aren’t infected and are just trying to stop the infection, Robby for some reaosn still has his vocal cords (not stolen from teardrop fr) and says that he would like to help us. We go onto the outpost, and Robby and Georgie comes along, Robby being the NPC for the distorted plant and Georgie for the regular plant, This concludes Book 1, Book 2 starts in the Safe Place and is also our first cameo of Pony, a note and drawing saying: “He is the one who demolished, and he shall rise up to his deadly deeds.” The drawing shows a poor drawing drawn by Georgie, as he encounters Willow, Pony, Baren and Kitty walking to the Forest when he was running away. It shows the four in their costumes, with the “cure” in their hand. The end cutscene is the cameo of pony, he doesn’t talk but comes along side with his wooden sword. They fight and eventually knock out 2 TSP members, this angers willow and drags Doggy by the arms, seeking revenge. However, the player snatches Zizzys kanata and headshots Willow. She falls to the ground and everyone packs up quickly and evacuates. They eventually revisit the mall with Robby and find rotting food, and Mousys lifeless body, decaying, they store shelter in the Vailt for a few days and awaken the Prototype, they return to the Forest after with the Prototype and set up yet again. (I’m lazy, so comment if you want more)
I'd like to see: What if Zizzy never got infected, in exchange, Pony was the one who was kidnapped by TSP.

I have an idea : what if doggy and player didn't capture willow. So i this one player and doggy let willow go seeing her in a position but told her not to steal and give then food for a month until the infection.

What If? #1: Book 1: Chapter 1 and 10 would’ve never happened, Plant would’ve been slightly harder. And Book 2 wouldn’t be very different.
What If? #2: Willow would’ve never met Daisy. In Book 2: Chapter 1, Willow and her family would’ve been arrested. However, Willow is a little bit softer since she’s still with her family. So this means that Zizzy would’ve never been infected, and most of Book 2 would’ve never happened.
What If? #3: Pretty similar to the previous one, Willow would’ve still been arrested but a little bit softer since she still has William. Daisy would probably break Willow and William out of prison when the infection began so they could both go up north. So this means that T.S.P. would’ve never been formed, Doggy and Zizzy would still be alive, Budgey would’ve starved or get infected. And so on, and so forth.
What If? #4: We likely wouldn’t even defeat Mr. P or TIO. In fact, we may even die. And when Zizzy and Pony defeat the infected soldiers, they’ll assume that we’re coming out of the Plant, but instead, Mr. P and TIO emerge from it. Mimi and Giraffy are stuck with Zee and Zuzy to take care of, T.S.P. is still doing bad stuff, and Budgey starves or gets infected.
What If? #5: uh
To let TSP live, instead of having all of the safe place come, only add doggy and bunny, willow would take zizzy and bunny, and they would survive
