I LOVED the andarna twist, I still think about her saying I just want to be like tairn, and modelling her form after him. Ugh more dragons all the time. Give multi POV with andarna as the alternate thanks lol Love the theory about Violet’s second signet. I had totally forgotten she will have a second, and I’ve seen other theories but your preferred is definitely the most interesting.
As for a second sygnet, I feel Violet will be an intinsic (a type, not too powerful, so as not to make her character too imbalanced). And that will make her reconsider how she feels about Xaden being an intinsic. And also they'll end up somewhere abroad (island kingdom?) where people know more about intinsics and give them training.
Totally on #3, and speaking of Andarna, I think her special talent will become Violet's 2nd signet... she may have the ability to change appearance (a great way to find truths). #6 I would love to learn more about Andarna's breed and what is special about them, more dragon lore in general!

Violet has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), which Rebecca Yarros also has. Did you know that Target is also going to have a special edition with fancy stenciled edges that will be different than the regular one you can pick up through Amazon, etc.

I love a good perspective book and would love to see some chapters unfold via Xaden's perspective
I’d like to see the cure for Xaden turning into a Venin be resolved in Onyx Storm, or at least for the cure to be found by the end of the book. It would be even more compelling if the cure required a steep price, like Violet having to sacrifice a piece of her bonded connection to her dragons, risking her own power and bond. 🙈
If Rebecca "brings back" Liam by Violet being able to talk to the dead I won't complain. 🥺 I really hope Violet actually becomes.... smart 😬 And I want to see deeper relationships with our other main characters beyond Violet and Xaden.
SPOILER WARNING I agree with you on 3 things. 1. Jack Barlowe. It’s stated that he was venin during his time in Basgiath. I believe it even said before the parapet (currently halfway through rereading Iron Flame so don’t come at me yet!) But my question is… how did he hide it so well. Why did Baide not kill him off when she found out, because remember, dragons read your memories during bonding. There is literally no way their bond was strong enough for her to die if he was killed, so why didn’t she? Why did she side with him? It’s stuff like that I want to know about Jack. But I also hope he’ll have some journey. In my head, I kinda want him to join the good side, but maybe die in the process of it? Feel like it could be interesting! We’ll just have to see. 2. Andarna. We literally need to know more about her. Did we even get to know her color? Pretty sure it was only described as iridescent or something? I like to assume she’s purple but what do I know. Anyway more about her would definitely be interesting as hell. 3. Violet’s second signet. 100% agree with you that it’s probably being able to talk to the dead. Like I just finished reading it.. and Liam was able to touch her even if he was a ‘hallucination’. She felt the touch! Also the line Liam said- like he’s not a wandering soul, cause he’s right where he’s needed- I swear it has to be some sort of clue that she can summon certain souls to talk to. I kind of have a theory that she only ended up with Liam because that was a person she touched before they died. I feel like she can’t just talk to whoever, so maybe there has to be a requirement? 1. I think RY said the Liam conversation (sadly) wasn’t Violet’s 2nd signet because she was definitely cut off from her dragons. My best guess is Precognition since in FW it’s called out as “not a thing” & RY loves to call attention to things and play it off as a nothing burger to divert attention. But also because Violet desperately wants to protect the people she loves, it’s her weakness according to Varrish’s signet when he’s torturing her - and signets manifest as what the rider needs most and is something true to the rider so I think it’s something to strengthen what she can do to prevent things. And she makes the comment a few times about how she’s unable to do anything with all of her power to prevent things and feeling useless. 2. Please let it be Dain. Dain needs to die...and the only redeemable way for him to do it is sacrificing himself to directly save Xaden knowing he’s not only indirectly (directly?) saving Violet but also doing so simply for her happiness.
There's a few truth sayer hint drops including the new bonus chapter where Xaden says something like lying comes easy except with violet and he can't figure out why. Plus the incessent "ask the right questions" through book 2 and she's always saying she "needs" the truth and their abilities are based on needs.

I saw this one theory that said Violet has her silver hair because her mom was "ill" while pregnant.. OR maybe stabbed by a poison venin blade. Then at one point I read that she believed her mom had red eyes but her dad said it was cause she was crying. WHAT IF Andarna waited 600 years because she was the 7th type of dragon AND Violet carries what they need to defeat the venin. I WANT to believe she is going to be giving her raw power to Xaden as that's he NEEDS and she needs an outlet for her power. I think Violet's dad's research is imperative and important I'd like to see what that's about. Maybe he found a serum and her mom really was a level of venin. I think Brennan is hiding some shady ish. I think he's like the third brother from their history although I want to be wrong about that. Also I very much dislike Cat and I want her to have a redemption story
I have been convinced by some Fourth wing SME’s (subject matter experts), that Violets second signet is a truth sayer… but like think ‘Dune’ Bene Jessurits who can speak to the dead ect, it would be insane and awesome!
Check out crowns of nyaxia in your spare time i was impressed with the stand alone and the mean series so far some things are definitely pushed on the author by publishing. but would like to get your take

I want xaden to show more emotion than he does. he seems so closed off, even with violet
