Yes, I purchased my domain on Namecheap. Buying your domain gives you the branding and the trust from customers. If you are just testing out, you can test out with default domain from Kajabi which is "yourname.mykajabi.com". I hope it helps :)

Have you the DNS settings of your domain? And see if your domain is connected to another website builder?
