My favorite Harbaugh team building strategy... Burn the grass! According to ex-49er TE Delanie Walker. Harbaugh wanted to burn the grass, to find the snakes on his team. He only wanted hard working men of character on his team. They immediately went from 6-10, to 13-3 and a trip to the NFC Title Game.

Its hilarious this dude says Herbert has "under performed" he has the second most comeback wins in the league since 2020!(14) after Patrick Mahomes!!! Was OROY! Was the fastest to 100 tds in NFL History , broke Marino's record to accomplish that! Justin Herbert might be the biggest winner in this hiring. I believe he has had a new OC at least every 2 years since he started at Oregon. That being said there is a lot of dysfunction on the Chargers and it wasn't all Staley.

That being said, I don't think anyone with a brain is blaming Herbert, or thinks less of him as a QB. We're all aware of the situation he's in.
Staley bad coaching held back the whole team. He was the cancer of the team. I've been wanting him fired since he started with the chargers. That was a terrible hire by the Spanos family.
Not to mention the chargers have a top 5 pick in the draft this year. Brock Bowers could change this offense.

@@brentkrueger7848 as they said, "the NFL is not a safe harbor to escape NCAA sanctions." Ask Jim Tressel or Tyrelle Pryor. I know what your thinking, what about Pete Carroll. That's when the rule was changed. If the NCAA rules to sanction Harbaugh, I'd be very surprised if the NFL doesn't follow suit. But maybe not. Here's hoping.
