- All moves, items, Pokémon, stage hazards and everything else that can KO a fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in one hit (or connected multi hit).
To qualify as a OHKO, the move must at least KO a fighter with the default weight from the center of a Final Destination map or have enough downward knockback to be a guaranteed Meteor Smash.

no it's not the max without skills or items is 80 which is referenced in lucina, roy, and marth's final smash.

At 3:00 starts a series of Warlock Punch counters on two opponents (a victim and a bystander). Lucina and Corrin’s counter KOs only one opponent, which is the victim, hence sparing the bystander. King K. Rool’s counter only KOs the victim but deals damage to the bystander. Everyone else’s counters OHKO both the victim and the bystander.

I feel like some of those moves weren’t OHKO cause there was no DI
Also inaccurate as it's not the heaviest character being used, so it wouldn't one shot Bowser most likely. Also, DI is a big factor. One shot should mean, no matter what, if it hits, it's a kill.

@@Useless_YT_Feature_NB9999 actually, the Pokemon definition is not what you think. One Hit Knock Outs are any move that will take them from 100 to 0, and are purely situational. The moves themselves are called OHKO Moves because they will always reduce the opponent to zero unless they have sturdy of a focus sash.

Looks like G&W's 9 was nerfed.
Actually it isn't. It only gurantees a kill at 50% or higher. In most fights the opponent is usually at this point, so the 9 appears to one shot them

@@timm8o475 oh yeah. still, i just tried G&W today and i feel like they butchered him. his utilt is trash, dthrow is much worse for combos, dtilt doesn't have a windbox. i can't sacred combo with him anymore with butchered dthrow and utilt

I decided to try him out online and I’m absolutely heartbroken. He’s just no longer viable. None of his aerials kill, no good throw combos, 9’s are extremely rare. They really destroyed him.

Fun fact: the Mii Brawler has one of the fastest and most powerful counters in the game. Nearly every fully charged side smash, when countered, is an OHKO.

@@charKT-7461 can someone explain what DI is (I know it is a chance type thing for if you actually get hit off stage or not just need to know what it stands for)
@@TheWickedSlayer It stands for "Directional Influence" and it's something that exists in a lot of platform fighters. It's basically where you can slightly alter the launch direction of an attack by holding in that direction. You cannot shorten or increase the distance, only change the angle slightly. It helps alot with surviving longer. Especially against moves that launch you diagonally.

Most of those moves depends on which weight category is the character they hit

His forward smash os the seventh strongest in the game, so probably can kill with that on revenge.
Yeah most likely since revenge powers up the next move by what you were hit by. A fully charged countered smash should do the trick and then the rope throw close line should do it.
Damn Roy’s move was so powerful it even hurt him
One hit KO - move that will KO anyone at 0%, no matter what distance is from the blast zone and what weight the character has. Also it should work for 0.5x launch rate. OHKO means it KO everything in one hit. And some of the moves in the video showed that they almost survived. The only one OHKO I know for sure is Homerun Bat. Nobody can stand the hit.
Can you do a list of everything that has the blue zoom effect? Also some of these can be mashed out of.
Beetle and Nabitt aren't OHKO's because you can mash out of them. If that logic were to be followed, then Kirby & DeDeDe's Inhale off ledge should count, as well as Ganon's and Bowser's Side-Specials. Also, you missed Boss Galaga as an Item...
I do wanna say, that when the enemy is launched in most of these kills, they could still DI before hitting the blast zone.
I wouldn't call them insta-KO's just because they hit the blast zone with a lot of force.
Tbh this video is the only time I’ve ever seen a 9 or ko punch not kill in one hit even from 0.

Hold on, you show Midgar's stage dealing a KO with it coming together, but no mention of Odin's slash which separated it to begin with? Pretty sure that's a KO as well.
The KO Meter attack should really be an instant kill, it's powerful for a reason.

For the people wondering about that weird character, ganan then brawler thing: ganan warlock punch is almost a one hit ko on its own and those characters have a reflector that buffs the damage they reflect so warlock punch+more damage=death

these should be considered as “Instant KO” since some of them are multi-hits and not even worthy of One-hit.
Most of them aren't instant KOs anyways. If that was the case, they should have used bowser, DI, and Recovery.

Another thing, in the very rules, it says that the fighter has to be hit from the middle of the stage to be a one hit knock out.

Things such as Nabbit can be mashed out of and Warlock punch both normal and countered don’t one shot either, because of DI
Edit: Roy’s can be if it’s at the hilt and Chrom can only be at around center stage or further and Corrin and Shulk so kill if Shulks is done properly
