You dont stop doing things, you do what is needed. But right now you do them for becoming happy, if you are satisfied you do them out of happiness. Big difference.
He is trying to make us realize that what we all really want cannot happen by our current methods: bringing change in the physical (job, spouse, dreams etc.) Or the psychological (feelings , emotions thoughts etc.) worlds. Rather it will happen by turning to something that is beyond these two worlds, which is not changing constantly like them.

I want to tell you all that instead of appreciating sandeep sir in the comments section like " You are awesome sir", "Thank you sir", " You have Changed my life, sir", etc., if we start asking him questions whichever are there in our mind, which we would have asked, or want to ask if we were present in the live session,
We should write those questions and if you like someone else's question, hit the like button on that comment.
And also remove the unnecessary comments in any previous video if we have commented on it.
So in this way, sir would be able to see the better comments and if needed would make sessions on that topic.
