    This was wonderfully helpful - I didn't realize how much I wasn't taking myself seriously as a yoga teacher until watching this video! Thank you for sharing and for the inspiration.

    Very good info!! Lot of yoga places kind of dilute the practice and make it easier which is not why people go to the studios. I love longer classes like 90mins at least, because you don't get the full benefits of the poses with a half hour or even an hour class. Secondly, if there are more classes at different times of day especially early morning or late evenings, will target more people.
