Please Sir,if the level of the water in the water tank touches the leads , the pump will automatically stop working but if the level falls below the leads, the pump will automatically start again,my problem is the water level in the tank might drop less below the leads while the pump will start working again while there might be more water in the water tank.The pump might be overworking and power might be wasted due to pump overworking.I suggest that a level should be set when the water in the water tank is very low,then the pump should be working and when full it Should stop so as to keep the pump at rest to save energy. thanks

Just a transistor switch! You should use C1815 for relay and use at least 100ohm for Rb. Or else your transistor won't last long.

When water level fall to half or even empty in upper tank as well ground tank what will be pump will run or not so explain what is needed to switch off the circuit or not

There are no need to close......when water level fall from the specific limit of touchingwire....then motor automatically on.....when the water toch the wire at specific limit....then motor off automatically....
