Jeremy! Just finished your mastery course 10 mins before watching this video. I feel like I have an advantage even tho this video was helpful 😈 Just wanted to say thank you!
Dude! I can't thank you enough Jeremy. You sir are a life saver!! Thank you for posting this, I'm an intermediate investor and I always wondered how to go about approaching stocks, but after this I got so much more understanding. Another video, in my opinion, should be how to go about reading a 10k and 10q, and what to look for in them. 😁😁
Interesting, thanks. What's your take on Teva?!? --- Note: str is not shtr: business trending not busines-shtr-ending, straight not shtraight, frustrated not frushtrated. xtr is kstr, not kshtr: extra not ekshtra.
Thank you for taking the time to do this Jeremy, really appreciate your videos man!! Could you make a video that explains how you do research on the management of the company? Obviously management is a key factor in a company's success but I find it difficult to evaluate CEO's and directors because there is usually very little info about them online.
thank you soooo much for this video. as always it's super helpful and educating and really useful for anyone who wants to get into stock market business:)
Good job. I think your evaluation is very helpful when choosing a stock to invest in; however , I think you could have included evaluating a stock’s dividend yield in addition. Thank you
That's is a very smart way to go about it. I was just wondering, isn't it wiser to first check the cash/debt position, before even trying to research and understand the business ? The balance sheet is just faster to check, you simply have to look at the numbers... while it might take you days to figure out whether you understand a business or not. This could make your process more efficient, and avoid you to lose time on companies that don't qualify anyway because of their weak balance sheet. Awesome content though ;)
I wiah I would have listened to your video 10 years ago. Thanks for the video. Time to get my focus on 5-10 stocks and understand them completely. I am currently invested in irbt, aaxn, t, gm, gpro and ge.
You know what I'm going to say already: EXCELLENT!! This ought to have been in the course you put together. I could say this definitely about your last two videos
I keep having trouble with the casheq +(short and long term investments)- debt. Some companies don’t have short or long term investments, so the debt is out weighting a lot of the stocks when I break down the balance sheet .
This video is awesome but I don’t understand the balance sheet part. You say not to invest in a company that has more debt than cash. But a company like Apple has billions more in debt than they do cash but it stays at a buy rating
Needed to hear this. I've lost a bit playing with stuff I don't understand. Learned alot. Should have gotten into the market slowly instead of dumping 80% cash in...oh well, I didn't lose slot, I've lost more at casinos
Your talent is shinning on this one Jeremy, how to find a great stock step by step in a very simple way for everyone to understand. Can't thank you enough for this one. 80k subscribers are lucky to have YOU.
Forward P/E is current price divided by future estimated profits, which may or may not be accurate. Per Ben Gream in "The Intelligent investor", "it is better to hold the bulls eye in an archery tournament for the blind", than rely on analyst's estimates of future profits.
Rafael Cayenne Simple. BH is headed up by the most famous investor in history - a man who consistently has had 20% gains over his career. They also have quite a good yield (if I'm right) so people are encouraged to buy, and keep.. Which has a positive effect on the share price
Love the channel Jeremy. I watch almost every video. I recently read William O'Neal book How To Make Money in Stocks. Just curious if you've ever read this book and if you could do a video on your opinion of his method?
This isn' really relevant to the video but I need some advice. I've been studying with your videos and feel I'm ready to get into the stock market. I was planning to sign up with TD Ameritrade, I found that I need to give them my SSN. Is this how it works for all brokers? Is my SSN safe?
I'm looking to find two or three more stocks at the minute, medium-ish term (however long that may be!). Anyone got any suggestions of some I should start looking into?
@financialeducation Jeremy you've helped me put my money to work and not lose everything. I watch most of your videos. You are the 🐐 hopefully I can meet you one day. Peace brother
Very useful Video thanks for the summary Jeremy...kinda random challenge: If you dont break even on gopro by the end of this year, mustache gets shaved.....
That the what happen with me with aurora my friend told me that they are building a 800 square feet facility by the Edmonton international airport I saw oppunity to make money

Knowing the information is one thing , to able to teach others takes a special skill. You have that skill. Awesome video.
Super happy to hear that :))
Can you comment on MU? It is the lowest P/E i have seen in semiconductor businesses. Is it undervalued or is there smth else?
Jeremy, which sectors are your favorite to invest in? I know a big one is consumer discretionary.
Any chance you'll do a video on SPACs/Blank Check Companies? I want to learn about them and very little material on TH-cam.
u hit 80,000 sub? thought u were still at like 60k?! great job
+CharryNevZona :)) 📈

Best. Video. Ever! Is there anyone that does the same as you on the UK stock market?
Its great to see a step by step process. I often lack that when I'm trying to learn about a new subject. Thank you Jeremy

Super straight forward and helpful. Thanks man!

Low Quality welcome to the world of publicly traded companies
Your frequently talk about guidance going up or down. What is 'guidance' and where do you look for it?
This video is awesome but I don’t understand the balance sheet part. You say not to invest in a company that has more debt than cash. But a company like Apple has billions more in debt than they do cash but it stays at a buy rating
Do these steps work with day trading or are they more tailored to long term investing?
The Unknown Genius his channel is based on long term investment since he's not a day trader
Emmanuel Cadet Oh, cool... Thanks
The best advice on this video was move on.
If you don’t understand just move on.. there are too many companies..
Great stuff as usual 👍🏾
Great video! So damn helpful. U one of the first that introduced me properly to investing. Bless!
Needed to hear this. I've lost a bit playing with stuff I don't understand. Learned alot. Should have gotten into the market slowly instead of dumping 80% cash in...oh well, I didn't lose slot, I've lost more at casinos

Keep in mind p/e is only relevant when comparing similar companies. Different sectors will have different p/e.

Are the risk factors of a stock located on a certain page or is it undefined? I used yahoo finance but never heard of risk factors.
What is your opinion on NCR corporation?
Where can you find the risk factors?
What about companies that just went public in one year?
if in risk factors they say they may issue more stocks, is it big "no-no"?
What do you think about unit stock?
bro, this video is money! good job man!
What do you think about HPQ ??
Why is the on the website is showing for 97 dollars, but in the video is showing for 19 dollars?
Forward P/E is current price divided by future estimated profits, which may or may not be accurate. Per Ben Gream in "The Intelligent investor", "it is better to hold the bulls eye in an archery tournament for the blind", than rely on analyst's estimates of future profits.
Still referring and sharing this video in June 2022!
