Don't forget that being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester of course to help) will always pay off at the end. Good luck to everybody, we will all succeed one day!!
@VideosByLukes Do you think that the person who becomes famous on TH-cam is chosen by destiny? lol, TH-cam is 90% knowledge and 10% luck, I have good examples of people who didn't know how to take advantage because they didn't want to evolve on the platform and just waited for a miracle, and other people who in a short time (but of course, with a lot of effort) managed to reach millions of subscribers. The tools are there, you just need the courage to put time and effort into TH-cam.
