They talk about a production time of a few weeks, while in 2022 customers have to wait 9 to 12 months. Also not every customer is accepted at this firm.
@@vincentcoleman2069 what you are talking about are plasticizers (phthalates), not PVC itself. Modern audio grade PVC doesn't use toxic plasticizers. Sorry but saying there is no safe way to use or dispose of PVC is just nonsense. I work with the stuff on a daily basis and the plant where I work gets regular inspections for air and water quality. The air inside our plant is cleaner than outside. Unless you are burning it high grade PVC does not leech any toxic fumes during extrusion or moulding. The process of manufacturing PVC is about as safe as making any other kind of plastic (not great) but unlike many other plastics the form used in record pressing can be recycled indefinitely, it just needs to be remelted.
Sounds like young man with business plan 😂 they got around 300.000€ for the half automated equipments and they produce 1000 records a day? How long are your working days there? Guys, for 300.000 you can buy five high efficiency and fully automated presses including sleeving unit from the 70s for that amount. good luck 🍀

@@vincentcoleman2069 actually PVC is one of the "cleaner" plastics (at least by plastic standards) and is almost infinitely recyclable.

@@abriel8320 unfortunately the prices increased during the years, around 80.000 to 150.000 for a running mashine you have to calculate
