It’s funny you said that the deck forces you to rebuild the board. Think about it, when you die in dark souls, you have to retrieve all the souls you lost 😂
My current take on the deck is a board breaker approach. Maining cards like alpha master of beasts, pankratops and radian seem good. In that version you can summon pank turn one because of Veidos, and Alpha because veidos has the highest attack
With the Infernal Banshee lines, you can play the Armored Xyz cards to get another disruption for the cost of 1-2 garnets in your maindeck. There’s a really cool combo where you can use Banshee + body to make SP, then use SP’s banish eff to target your own Banshee in GY. Assuming you have a pyro in field, Banshee can now revive itself for armored xyz plays. This works nicely since King summoning Hero gives you the extra body for SP as well as the leftover pyro on field to let Banshee revive itself.
I mean I had ninety percent of the deck after 2 boxes but traded it for more for my labrynth deck and this was pre release so shouldn’t be to expensive short of vedous and the quick play
Ive been using the superheavy samurai engine to go banshee, or go baron (which can pop the field spell if needed) to insulate if the hands good enough. Ive been trying to make this work but its eh. If they are cheap im definitely going to pick it up for later tho I just saw this from another comment but the armored engine might be solid with this cause of banshee
u messed up the ashened combo, reason the deck doesnt work is because the combo has no synergy with priestess or king. off the field spell etele u should summon hero. in my current build i dont play preistess or king. also the way u use ur distruptions, is u end on trap + hero + field spell. when you opponent summons 2 monsters, use trap to add veidos to hand, use veidos to pop field spell and summon, hero pop veidos and activates a new city, viedos board wipes. u can also use veidos eff when ur opp uses a field spell to essentially negate it.
Man this deck would already get a lot more consistent if we had a second level 4 monster with the same summoning condition all of them have, doesn't even matter what its unique effect is, though hopefully something good
Unfortunately I don't believe that card will work to stop veidos, veidos triggers in gy meaning it's not your opponents Effect. Against Ashened sure but definitely not in Ashened.

Seeing armored xyz everywhere makes me so happy it exists as a sub engine option. Xyz has needed a boost going 1st for.

@@TCGNistro you can get some nice value from having a field spell and a lot of monsters for extra deck, just as long you are not locked into pyros :)
Play blockout courtain to block the destruction lol it makes an old school card versatile

It's more or less just another level 4 extender it won't do much except be used as material for banshee
