It's also exactly WHY there was no recreation in this trial, because their theory makes NO sense for how John not only ended up where he did, but also how he had no broken bones, or even fractures, after being hit by a car. In her recreation here, it's VERY evident that unless you honestly believe John did a pirouette, then he would have been partially on the curb/road. It also doesn't explain how he had blood on his shirt & shoes (gravity says those blood drops fell DOWN, which means he'd be bleeding while standing). The narrative also holds that O'Keefe saw and heard Karen backing up right at him at a high rate of speed but chose to just stand there anyway. No one would do that. It also makes no sense that Ms. Read would choose to drop O'Keefe off almost at the property line (and make him walk through the snow and through the ongoing blizzard) - versus the street point nearest the house entrance (where the walkway was). Of course, that property line area was lined up with the fenced-off area to the back of the house, where it makes more sense that the conspirators carried O'Keefe's body out and dumped it (one straight line from rear to front of property). Skirting the property line (and all those shadows) somewhat would prevent looky-loos from seeing what was going on. Besides, the Ford Edge (believed to be Brian Albert's) had been strategically (and temporarily) parked on the street (during the storm, which is prohibited) adjacent to the "dump" spot to prevent anyone driving by from seeing the illicit activity. This is per snowplow driver.

There is nothing that says John was sitting there staring at the vehicle backing up. More likely she dropped him off down the street, he was walking towards the house with his back to the car. Karen saw her opportunity and gunned her V8 in reverse and John just heard an engine revving assuming Karen was driving off until it was too late. Then he got hit and likely staggered to his final resting place.

So the literal black box evidence, straight out of her car, isn’t good enough proof?
This is a great example of the fact when some people have their minds made up, before the case even goes to trial, then there is absolutely not one bit of physical evidence is going to change their mind. (Even when that person most definitely committed the crime.) It shows that most people, are not capable of staying completely biased.

I have been hit by a car going over 30 in the snow vehicle was traveling in reverse down a hill at approximately 30 to 35 and when the car hit me my arm didn't break the tail light or hurt me badly as there was no friction it just lifted me up slightly and I pushed myself away from the car my estament was from my ability to avoid the car I thought I had plenty of time to get away from being hit but.the car was moving much faster than that
Several friends and I was pushing cars up a hill that people insisted on going up imzsted of around zwe were having fun with it charging 5 dollars a car as they had a small amount of traction but not enough to take them to the top and the five of us would push them up the vehicle that hit me we had pushed it up to the top and we were om our way back down when the person thought they had tje car I'm drive but had it I'm reverse insted when they stepped on the Gas they went flying backwards and thinking that they were in drive pushed the gas all the way to tje floor to help slow their decent they were flying backwards at a very high rate of speed I turned in time to see car and atempt to get out of tje way but they were going much faster than I precived which I thought was about 25 in reality it was between 30 and 40.mph just as they struck me they put the car I'm drive as I pushed out the way I received no major injuries as we kept.pishimg cars for 2 more hours making 200 dollars between the five of us I belive that no person broke.tjay taillight and that the guy went flying as that truck would hit him high enough om his body to push him down not up and would have ran him over 😮

Awesome animations, thanks. Would be really cool to see a birds eye view of all of the parties movements for the night, from the bar to yo the house and next morning. Even a low quality animation to make it quicker to create. Multiple different claims and some actual data which shows how some cant be telling the truth. Very fascinating case and it looks like cops killed a cop and are trying to cover it up, so there's a lot of interest in this case.
This will be a documentary (some content creators have already been approached by people regarding documentary) so having some really good animations od the different stories/versions would not only be cool to see but could end up in the documentary

It just doesn’t even make sense. If she backed up that far she would’ve hit Brian Higgen’s jeep! It’s amazing how she can drive in reverse on a snowy road and not completely lose control of her car at 24mph.

The problem with Paul's testimony is, he would have been run over by the back of the SUV in order for that taillight to hit his right arm. If side swiped his left arm would have had to be sticking out. Zero injuries to the left arm. Now, if his back is to the SUV and it hit his right arm, the injuries would have been on the other side of the arm, and his elbow probably would have been broken. He wasn't hit by the SUV.
