A subtle and unassuming film from independent film-maker Kelly REICHARDT, Old Joy is thematically rich, dealing with issues of loss, friendship and abandoned youth.
Daniel LONDON and Will OLDHAM play two old friends who, after many years apart, re-unite for a weekend camping trip. Their lives have followed different paths and they now find themselves with little in common. As their journey together unfolds, the threads of their relationship unravel, laying bare the emotional rifts that now divide them.
