      In his ten years Texas tech went 84-43, went to a bowl all ten years and won six of them. Finished ranked five times!!
      Since he left, in thirteen seasons, Texas Tech is 78-82, below .500 and a losing record. Got to just seven bowl games total. Won 4 bowl games since. Have not finished ranked once.
      Leach gave tech their best years in history by far. He won 9 or more games five times in ten years, they haven’t done it since. Won 6 bowl games in 10 years, they’ve won 4 in 13 years since. Went to 10 bowl games in 10 years, they’ve gone to 7 bowls in 13 years since. Won 84 games in 10 years, they’ve won 78 games in 13 years since. Three more years and still a season’s worth less wins. Finished ranked five times in ten years, tech hasn’t finished ranked once since. Leach gave the red raiders their moment in the sun, and they ran him off because of greed and envy and have sucked ever since. 😂

      Yeah that’s easy for you to say you will never touch over 2 million dollars in your life.
      And if someone owed you millions you would just say ok no big deal.
      Why would I want another 2 million dollars stop your kidding yourself.
      Texas Tech when it comes to paying will probably wish they had paid the 2.6 million.
      Because he will probably get double because I know how judges are now days.
      They have no respect for people that cheat and lie and screw people out of money facts.
      But Mississippi state looked like trash on the field yesterday awful.
      Still didn’t look as bad as Alabama beating them 59-9 should have been even worse then that drubbing when they played.
      Any time you beat a team by 50 your achieving something a azz kicking .

      @@chadmilligan342 And he makes 2 million in a year. I was and am highly sympathetic to his position. But he needs to let it go... at least publicly. He can let his lawyers do whatever. You can't get around sovereign immunity. Some things aren't fair. But he's not a Briles and not a Mangino. He's won this.

    Unfortunately I did my undergrad at Texas tech. He’s being nice when he says there were 4 bad apples. Truthfully the entire culture at that place is toxic beyond repair. From the administration, to most faculty and staff and don’t get me started on the student body. They call them classless clowns for a reason. Looking back I should’ve transferred out but thankfully I went to a much better and highly regarded university for my graduate studies. Hook ‘em Horns! 🤘

      @k.wilkie3814 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      That's not true. I spent 8 years working at that university before moving on to Michigan State and Texas Tech was one of the best run universities I've seen. The Administration that Mr. Leach worked with bent over backwards for him and it was never enough. And it was Mr. Leach's actions that caused the problem to start with; when the Administration did what they had to in order to avoid legal liabilities and PR harm to the program Leach told them to "F Off" -- direct quote to his boss. You don't do that and get to keep your high paying job, even if you're a championship caliber coach (which Mr. Leach isn't). I'm sorry if you had a bad experience there, but I have a hunch you're just a member of that Leach Team or Team Leach or whatever it's called that went out with PR talking points saying exactly what you wrote here. In fact I doubt you ever worked at Tech or have a degree from there.

      You are so full of it, either that or you were just unpopular and angry. That administration was one of the best that university has ever had. That was I believe Kent Hance who was Chancellor and he is one of the best administrators there is. Bitterness toward an administration because of a freaking football coach is common, but I knew most of those people and they are anything but bad apples. The problem was Leach's ego and him thinking he was above reproach and could do anything he wanted without being held accountable. He was his own worst enemy in that. Quite frankly I doubt you did your undergrad there or if you did you were either a commuter student or someone who had no friends because I literally have never heard anyone who was an undergrad say it was a bad experience or even come in contact with the Administration. As an undergrad you would never even talk to the "bad apples" who fired Leach. You would only know about them because Leach's marketing company was trying to create a fake groundswell against them.
