lol it all clicks 6 months later. I finally have the right why, life has been bliss, work and friends, I am contend and happy, she still wants to sign but wants to rebuild our trust and start square one. We will see if I still want it down the line. Thanks G
Dear Geoffrey,
Your concept of maintaining relationships is one of the most helpfull and most grounded in psychology. It reminds me of Erich Fromm and his differentiation between have/be. To HAVE someone is the same as being outcome centered and to BE with someone, means being in love with someone, being ready to change and grow as a person. Love gives freedom to other person of walking away at any time, but it also creates conditions for them not to do it.

Geoffrey is truly unique. I've been on the program for some time now. Making initial amends was a breeze, but sometimes my initial programming still takes over... However the relationship with my wife is better than it has ever been… Still improving daily… Thank you Man 🙏

Best advice… you need to submit to the program or what Geoffrey says… Your mind will fight it…however, you will only get results when you submit… crazy… The sooner you realise…everything you know about relationships is wrong…the better…. I was stubborn….it took me about 2 years... Still trying “my ways” …

Thanks for another great video Geoff! This really hits home as always. Been almost 6 months of watching your videos here but I always feel as if I am learning something every day. Definitely will give more focus to my why. Primarily the thing that got me hooked was this single thought: "I don't ever want to feel like this again." Is that too selfish?

What is the biggest realization you have made since following for the last few weeks?
@@GeoffreySetiawan when you destroy safety you destroy expressing. Safety in the relationship is all my partner has craved, but not in a macho man, or 6 figure career type of way. They want to be honest, and open enough to have talks about anything big or small. It seems creating safety is a huge missed step in blossoming relationships. I hope the knowledge I’m gaining will not only help my current situation, but any future relationships I choose to build. 🙌🏽
@@Introvert_fb Yep, you got it. Without safety, your partner can never express the issues plaguing the relationship. Then, the problems pile up to the point that your partner no longer sees a future and feels helpless.
The crux about safety is that if your partner doesn't feel safe to express with you, they are also not safe to express how unsafe they feel.
Geoffrey, you say it takes your clients 6 to 8 months or even a year to get good and natural at these skills. My question is, where are they practicing all this stuff and with whom if they are away from their partners during this whole time?
That's why my clients talk about the community a lot. It is a place where we allow our clients to practice the skills in a setting that allows for deliberate practice, and quick and effective feedback.
Think of it like a bootcamp for athletes (or other performers).

@@acousticambiance Nope! We used to have a "lite" version without the community, and found that people were using a lot of the principles for BAD and MANIPULATIVE things.
It's like giving a katana sword to people who were not interested in learning the "self-paced course to using katana swords" :)
So we decided, never again.
What's funny though, is that although we cut our revenue stream by over 65%, we are now able to deliver more and bigger results for our clients as we focus 100% of our attention on this ONE program alone.

That is a very broad way to look at things, only thinking someone has to lie or steal to erode trust. Think about it...
What are some of the other ways I outlined in my video that can destroy trust?
Can you make a video about a boyfriend of 6 years who got caught cheating by girlfriend through looking through phone and found 4 one night stands in one week and saw a video of one of the girls with her boyfriend doing the deed. The boyfriend is really regretful of what he did not because he got caught but because he realized what he did was wrong and his girlfriend is really the one. Currently the girlfriend blocked the boyfriend on IG but not on Facebook and Messenger.
I already have tons of videos and interviews on infidelity in the relationship and what approach we must take.
@@GeoffreySetiawan She found out last October 29 and I also sent a message last November 13 that she misinterpreted as a closure message but i sent her a message last december 30 about how it did not mean as a closure and i really meant i was respecting her request for space
