Pushpaknagar smartcity is best property near navi mumbai international airport GOOD connectivity and five star hotel d mart stadium metro and many more projects in pushpaknagar
But corporate offices are planned in Kharghar. Kharghar will get closer to thane once tunneling work is completed. Also, whether any individual will prefer to reduce travel time to his office or airport? Ulwe and Dronagiri are meant to meet need housing needs for people working directly or indirectly for JNPT whereas people working in office culture shall prefer Kharghar. Things will evolve in totally different way. Suppose if I had two option whether to live next to present day airport or BKC , although BKC is 2.4 km distance is not much but I would have preferred BKC. For investment point of view, I feel plot in Tier 2 or 3 city is always better compare to buying flat at very high price.

Now if some body wants to live in navi mumbai then only he should invest in navi mumbai otherwise he will be disappointed if he considers his investment for appreciation. Bhai calculation galat hai sab. Eighty lak ka property 1.6 cr hota nahi stamp duty aur baki charge pakad ke. Total cost sablog package mei include karte hain aajkal. Appreciation bhi wohi price pe milta hai.

Vashi side where buildings r over 40 years are going for redevelopment. Belapur side it will take another 10 years and hoping same thing in Airoli. Take out some contact from those society they will tell u how many developer already visited them. I know few socity in Belapur where currently also 2 to 3 deloper already visited. But cidco old construction is not showing that much age.

They are cheating you. No plot is converted to NA plot by paying stamp duty. Check if the project has collector approval . Else stay away.
