    I work out every day and have not lost a pound . Food noise is real . I have never been this weight ever !!

    Gurl........the food noise is real. I work from home and my computer and screen is set up in my kitchen. I have good self control. But hey some days are more snackier than others. I'm maintaining my weight. But to stay on track, I meal prep, eat enough protein, drink water and I get enough fiber. If I do snack, I just keep to the recommended portion size. I love that you are showing your girls healthy habits. I am so grateful that my parent did the same for me. So as an adult, I don't have issues with food.

      I wish I had a better example growing up. My mom barely struggled with weight gain during menopause

      Keep it simple. I am a creature of habit. I eat the same breakfast same 2 lunches. And almost the same dinner and and snacks change every weeks. Or pick from three. Lost 8 lbs one month. Stay consistent. I eat a brunch and dinner meal on weekends. Stay consistent drinking water before every meal and snack. Make it easy. The days you know you can’t stay in a deficit increase calories by only 300. No gain no loss but it’s better than throwing all progress away. You can do this. I say this to myself at every meal.

    I’m trying to figure out how to find balance. I’ve gained 70lbs and I’m so tired all the time.
    I have realized that keto is not where I want to be. I just want to go back to a more whole food diet. I have IBS too so processed food messes me up.
    I’ve been in nursing school for the last year and so I’m burning the candle at both ends.
    I just really need to be healthier to be the kind of nurse I want to be. I need to stay off Instagram because that is where food noise drives me crazy.

    Im here for it! Uggg the hcg diet... i just had horrible flashbacks to that time in my life. So not sustainable. Slow and steady ✌️✨️
