Great photography! The close up is incredible. I live south of the huge, famous four sixes ranch in north central Texas. I am happy to see the brand in Las Vegas.

They have battled the mesquite brush that took over the prairie. I was amazed at the vast grassland there. I enjoy your shows and look forward to more, and catching up on previous ones. Great video Caviar goes on the eggs for sure. My mom did that, with the real cheap kind, when they had company. I remember it being salty. I would guess they intended it for the chicken as well. That steak looked great, and the peach popover, yummy 😋.

I love french onion soup and that one looked amazing. I have done fairly well financially but there is no way in hell I would ever pay 25 bucks plus tax plus tip for a bowl of soup. This has gotten out of hand. It's time for a reset.
Oh my LORD this food looks so delicious! My problem is I usually travel alone, so that's a LOT of money for food that will be way too much for one person to eat. I need to get a group of friends out there ASAP to share with.

Tableau is a very pretty restaurant. I used to stay in the Tower Suites regularly, and breakfast at Tableau was included. Sunny and cheerful. They gave me a “purse couch” as I used to call,it, to set my handbag on. I don’t think the Tower Suites are the deal,they used to be. You payed no resort fee, got breakfast for 2 at Tableau. Plus complimentary bottled water and your choice of newspaper every morning. Really nice.
VWS: Shin you deessed up and styled your hair for this one !! I never knew "Cowboy Food" could be so expensive 😫. $6.50 for a soda, must be pumped in from Texas ranch. A $52 burger 🍔 and a $98 Ribeye wow . But you did have Sis & Bro along and it was nice of you to show them a good time. I.must admit grudgingly that the food looked fabulous. Thanks for another wonderful review. IF I was 6666, there is 1 menu item I would change. The wagyu burger is noticeably smaller in diameter than the bun. No matter the thickness/height the burger should be the same size or wider than the bun. Yes, it's totally cosmetic, but I would feel cheated with what on first glance seems to be a smaller burger than I expected.

Carver Steak is this year but it's not until fall now that I look at my schedule. FUHU isn't until 2027 on my spreadsheets. I could look to push Carver Steak up soon but the next two steakhouses are already locked in with my friends/family for reservations so it'll be at least 2 months until I do a 3rd steakhouse most likely. When are you visiting? I can see about pushing it up in the schedule a little bit.

Is it possible that caviar was supposed to go on top of the chicken fingers and the deviled egg. Perhaps that is why the chicken needed more seasoning. Caviar would have added salt to the chicken and texture to the deviled egg.

When you're at the Wynn, you're expecting these kinds of prices so I'm inclined to agree. $100 for a ribeye is about what I'd expect. Thanks for watching!

Tableau is a very pretty restaurant. I used to stay in the Tower Suites regularly, and breakfast at Tableau was included. Sunny and cheerful. They gave me a “purse couch” as I used to call,it, to set my handbag on. I don’t think the Tower Suites are the deal,they used to be. You payed no resort fee, got breakfast for 2 at Tableau. Plus complimentary bottled water and your choice of newspaper every morning. Really nice.

Seems they have a few things to polish. A few feathers left on the chicken, and they would serve them selves better if they explained how they expected the caviar to be executed. Maybe I’ll try in a few months. Thank you for this video!

All the food looks really good. I do love the presentation of the banana pudding and it looks really good. Also the popover dessert looks really tasty and fancy. I'm not sure if I could drop $1000 on a steak though lol.

IF I was 6666, there is 1 menu item I would change. The wagyu burger is noticeably smaller in diameter than the bun. No matter the thickness/height the burger should be the same size or wider than the bun. Yes, it's totally cosmetic, but I would feel cheated with what on first glance seems to be a smaller burger than I expected.

Hey Shin! Love all of your on-strip Vegas content. Will you be reviewing Carver Steak or FUHU at Resorts World anytime soon?
Carver Steak is this year but it's not until fall now that I look at my schedule. FUHU isn't until 2027 on my spreadsheets. I could look to push Carver Steak up soon but the next two steakhouses are already locked in with my friends/family for reservations so it'll be at least 2 months until I do a 3rd steakhouse most likely. When are you visiting? I can see about pushing it up in the schedule a little bit.

Is it possible that caviar was supposed to go on top of the chicken fingers and the deviled egg. Perhaps that is why the chicken needed more seasoning. Caviar would have added salt to the chicken and texture to the deviled egg.

Dont get me wrong i love a good steak house but 150 bucks for a basic bone in rib eye is nuts, even for vegas
SW Steakhouse's bone-in ribeye is also $150 and comparably, the bone-in ribeye at Gordon Ramsay Steak is $140 I think. It's expensive, but I think it's relatively average on the strip. Thanks for watching!
