- I heard about the popup steakhouse at the Wynn Las Vegas called the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse based on the hit TV shows Yellowstone, 1923, and the 1883. Taylor Sheridan's popular shows are shot on his ranch in Texas called the Four Sixes and they've partnered with the Wynn to bring a steakhouse experience with a southern touch to Las Vegas.
This pop up restaurant is inside of Tableau and is only open until January 31st, 2025 so be sure to get a reservation if you can.
My sister and brother in law (who is a huge fan of the show) are joining me for dinner and we're trying a lot of food because

Everything looked amazing, especially those biscuits!
A generous dollop of caviar on the deviled egg. Grilled romaine caesar. A large glass of heavy red. That rib eye cooked just as it was. Onion rings. Peach dessert. What a glorious meal, thank you for sharing. That Cornish hen with the pan sauce looked delicious as well.

Hi Shin…as someone who rarely visits the Strip since the local restaurants are excellent, I want to say thank you for spending your money on food I would never consider purchasing for myself. This place looks really good. I do believe the chicken tender and deviled egg were also meant to be vessels for the caviar as I've seen some places do that. I think David Chang did an episode of his Netflix show where he went ham putting caviar on everything including chicken tenders. Don't quote me on that though lol

Hi Shin! What a great looking dinner. I always stay at the Wynn/Encore when I’m in town and Tableau is one of my favorite places for breakfast. Everything looked wonderful. Thanks for sharing this place with us as most couldn’t afford to eat there. The onion soup looked devine and I actually prefer it as loose as it was served. The caviar tower was exquisite and was meant to top the deviled eggs as well as the chicken strips. I love your description of each dish! I could almost taste them!!

Caviar goes on the eggs for sure. My mom did that, with the real cheap kind, when they had company. I remember it being salty. I would guess they intended it for the chicken as well.
That steak looked great, and the peach popover, yummy 😋.
Love your channel! The chicken tenders are purposely under-seasoned as it is supposed to be dunked or topped with caviar which will increase the saltiness. Same with the deviled eggs.

I absolutely love your in-depth food descriptions. That steak looked incredible. I hope I can make it out to Vegas while the restaurant is there because I’m a big fan of Yellowstone and have been dying to try their steaks.

Tableau is a very pretty restaurant. I used to stay in the Tower Suites regularly, and breakfast at Tableau was included. Sunny and cheerful. They gave me a “purse couch” as I used to call,it, to set my handbag on. I don’t think the Tower Suites are the deal,they used to be. You payed no resort fee, got breakfast for 2 at Tableau. Plus complimentary bottled water and your choice of newspaper every morning. Really nice.

IF I was 6666, there is 1 menu item I would change. The wagyu burger is noticeably smaller in diameter than the bun. No matter the thickness/height the burger should be the same size or wider than the bun. Yes, it's totally cosmetic, but I would feel cheated with what on first glance seems to be a smaller burger than I expected.
You where supposed to add the cavier to the chicken finger and deviled egg also.
I was both shattered and dismayed when you didn't select the red snapper ceviche as one of your appetizers. Noooooooo! Instead you went for the chicken fingers that looked like something you could get from Jack In The Box!

I just thank God that our friend Shin is not a "Wine Snob" I notice that you had on a collared polo in the video. Dress code required or you decided to "dress it up" a bit? That bowl of French onion soup was one of the best looking that I've seen. Great choice! P.S. That total of $602.57, that's a Tony Soprano dinner receipt!
Oh my LORD this food looks so delicious! My problem is I usually travel alone, so that's a LOT of money for food that will be way too much for one person to eat. I need to get a group of friends out there ASAP to share with.
Also, as an Ohio State Buckeye, I was really hoping you'd go for the Buckeye dessert!
VWS: Shin you deessed up and styled your hair for this one !! I never knew "Cowboy Food" could be so expensive 😫. $6.50 for a soda, must be pumped in from Texas ranch. A $52 burger 🍔 and a $98 Ribeye wow . But you did have Sis & Bro along and it was nice of you to show them a good time. I.must admit grudgingly that the food looked fabulous. Seems they have a few things to polish. A few feathers left on the chicken, and they would serve them selves better if they explained how they expected the caviar to be executed. Maybe I’ll try in a few months. Thank you for this video!

6666 Steakhouse how cool is that! I love the tv show, just be warned once you start watching you'll end up binge watching the first season in 1 day, yes it's that good! The food looked great and your tasting descriptions, as always, were very detailed and informative which I really appreciate. I hope Harlo Steakhouse is on your locals list to try soon. Granted I’m crazy af but the theming is too overwhelming for me. Think the servers outfits were a little weird. They looked like they were straight from Pinterest circa 2012. Yellowstone brand is also now also making frozen meals. thank you for such a wonderful review, shin 😊

The county that the 6666 ranch is in is made up by three ranches and in the three way corner is the only town. Don't drive through there unless you have a full tank of gas and if on motorcycles like we was carry a couple extra gallons of gas. 😂
Don't expect to see any traffic or houses either.
