Can I use chicken broth to boil the balls instead of water?
Hello. This process creates par cooked meatballs so that they can be used in other recipes or frozen for another time. For that initial boil, I would recommend just plain water, but after that if you want to cook the meatballs through, a broth would definitely work.
Why my meatball has lot of bubbles, and not crunchy, any suggestions?
You may have to blend it a lot longer. I noticed textures were different between meatballs that I made using my sisters food processor vs mine. I had to process longer using mine.
