The Direction of Accessibility Guidelines - What UX Pros Need to Know Webinar

In January 2021 the W3C published the first working draft of the W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3.0. This specification presents a new model and guidelines to make web content and applications accessible to people with disabilities.
WCAG 3.0 supports a wide set of user needs, uses new approaches to testing, and allow frequent maintenance of guidelines and related content to keep pace with accelerating technology change. WCAG 3.0 supports this evolution by focusing on users’ functional needs. These needs are then supported by outcomes and technology-specific methods to meet those needs.
