The opening quote provides a clue, "many brotherhoods, united in purpose". Five Astartes. Five different chapters. Retributors, Scythes of the Emperor, Sons of Medusa, Blood Angels (or a successor), and Motificators (the one getting into a scrum with orks and repeatedly face punch a tyranid warrior, and going with the Punisher motif).

There was an old Astartes 2 trailer released a few years ago before the creator was employed by GW. That's where some of the scenes are from, although some of the marines have miraculously changed chapter (the guy getting clubbed by orks was previously a Lamenter).
