It’s not that hard to dodge once you get the hang of it. I have a TH-cam short and a more recent kill of this guy both where I easily dodge it if you want proof it’s not an issue for me
Here I’m using the saw blade on the electric stick handle at probably like +5 or +6. You get the electric stick from the merchant by the stargazer before mad donkey, and the saw you get from the roofs in Malum district near the giant carcus guy that drops patience amulet. I also very much recommend the colab weapon (azure dragon crescent glaive) the boss weapon form archbishop andreus, and using the electric coil stick head and handle together because the weapon art that gives the weapon electric damage is great against puppets.
