I thought it was perfect. Did not mention what the show was about at all. I went into the first episode and was shocked when some of the events happened that put the plot into motion
Same. It was a great way to make me watch the first ep. at 1 am. 6 am i went to sleep reading a few manga chapters. Its not the same. I cant read the manga. But the last time i binged an anime over night was tokyo ghoul in 2018
@@KaiUndMoritz fax, I remember watching the first ep and was planning on going to bed after it, but I was not expecting what happened *at all* so even if I did want to go to sleep afterwards, I don't think I could have been able to lmao, binged the whole thing instead
I'm glad Gigguk will give Dead Mount a chance. The pacing is on the slower side but when the mystery starts to unfurl, it just doesn't slow down. My Home Hero is also underrated, a very smart series where the husband and wife are equally smart and caring for only their family
Dead Mount Death Play for me feels like a perfect blend of "what is happening? I want to know more" and not being able to look at the screen because I just rolled all the way to another country laughing out loud XD
I like how you talking the good side of the father when he's murdering someone. Lol. No don't worry I understand it's for protecting his daughter, and her boyfriend is just purely a bad guy. So I don't mean to debating the father's work here.
@@Zrs3820 I've caught up with the manga. It's like watching a car crash that keeps going, and when you thought it's finally over then something happens again. I meant this in a good way. Although the husband and wife are smart and resourceful couple, the opponents are not purely idiots but everyone has their own goals and motivations. Everyone is making their moves on the chess board, but the husband understands that one wrong move then it's all over for his family so he's willing to go far. The question is, how far?
As someone who has read The Dangers in My Heart manga years ago and keeps up with it to this day. I will say it's a series that has surprised me with how well written the main leads are. It was once a series I thought at first was just weird, but now is one of my favorite rom coms of all time. Volumes 2-4 (assumingly episode 4-12 in the anime) is what really sold me on this series. It's a series I can constantly reread and find out things I missed because of how much love the mangaka has put into it.
Thank GOD someone broke the chain of top comments talking about the same goddang anime! It's good, we get it! There's a lot of good anime this season, though!
I watched Oshi No Ko completely blindly when my friend was like "we're watching this tonight." I thought it was a film and it was going to be a trilogy or something. It was so good not knowing anything, and it had me hooked at the end. It has been fantastic since, I crave every release.
Insomniacs is really one of the slept on animes ironically. This show is like a vibe and just relaxing feelsgood you need after a tiring day imo. I really enjoy it.
I'm surprised by the amount of unique shows we got this season compared to the last one. Like Oshi no Ko, Heavenly Delusion, Hell's Paradise, My Home Hero, Mashle and several others. And even got some fire sequels like Edens Zero S2, Konosuba spin-off, Vinland Saga S2 Cour 2 and many more.
Yeah, last season just seemed like anime as a whole mostly taking a break after the sheer stackedness of Autumn 2022, but now it's caught its breath and back to bangers
Skip to Loafer is so underrated! Itwas another one of those where I just had to go and read ahead in the manga. It has such a nice feel and I loved every character, Mitsumi especially.
Even if it's underrated, at least it gets noticed by most the big reviewers. Unlike hidden gem "My Clueless First Friend", a series that might appear to revolve about repeating the same cute misunderstanding, but actually has more depth than you'd expect at a casual glance. Episode 4 in the series is actually one of the best episodes I've so far seen this season.
Oshi no ko deserves the attention as it gets, already one of my favorite 2023 animes, seeing it go over Fullmetal Alchemist BH was crazy, and having the opening get to 40 Million views in like a week is also insane, gotta give the author some credit and YOASOBI make such a banger content.
@@alaa341g it was really good, but i just hope it doesnt become like demon slayer s1 where people gush over it because of a single episode and ignore the rest
All comments i see are just praising ep1, so i hope people dont become disappointed if the rest of the show would have less shock value or twists compared to the first episode
hell's paradise is actually insane and i really hope the anime adaptation does it justice or at least gets more people to read the manga. if this is what the new guard is up to we're in a good spot
Can someone explain why it’s so good? I’ve been seeing hype but the first episode was just boring imo the mc seems edgy no emotions then he just starts scream about how no one understands him and has a whole monologue about his wife. Does it get better like is anything gonna happen later or is it just gonna be a bunch of no stakes cool fights on some island.
@@sweetdumpling8798 just get this, the whole premise of the story is Gabimaru learning to respect the value of life, and I don't know what made you feel he's a "edgy no emo" when in the very episode we are shown that his image of himself is false, ge may call himself a hollow but he loves his wife with all his heart to the point that he subconsciously tries to stay alive. It's really refreshing to see a character who's more of an adult than a teenager in shonen driven by pure love for his wife, a very primal and pure human feeling. That's all I can say right now since I haven't read the manga so I can't say if the story gets better or worse later on but right now, the direction im which its heading is all I ask for it to continue in
@@AryanSingh-yy9mw I guess I just don't find his character motivation compelling with the "I love my wife so I gotta get back and be the person she belives me to be" thing since I dont really feel invested enough in the couple or the mc at this point with his stoic apathetic deadpan demenour which was why I thought it was edgy along with the op mc thou I understand he'll probably develop out of it later. Rn ig I'll continue to watch to see whatever the island has to offer bc that's the most interesting thing in the anime for me rn. Also ik its a shonen but I hope power scaling isn't ridicious later on bc everything seems to be real easy for mc to take down with minimal effort so I hope power scaling doesn't get to crazy like DBZ.
@@sweetdumpling8798 yeah, to each their own, although he does acts very edgy at moments so I can see where you're coming from and him being emotionless is probably going to stay for a while since right now he's even know as "Gabimaru the Hollow" but I hope the same about power scaling tho I do see it going at bit up since we haven't really seen much from any of the prisoner right now, but the mc gives the feel of kinda op character who's already done past his training arc
@@Lilo_D._Boom Yeah mate this season of anime, heck, this year of anime so far is just amazinggggggg. I am actually kinda afraid for the rest of the year since there is just the possibility of it veing shit next season (American summer, I'm Australian so I was born in winter)
@@heakhaekNgl seeimg all the damn bangers this season is getting me back into anime. Always followed the community on YT but stopped watching any for a few years (was still a bit of a manga reader). Also, fellow aussie lmao
U shouldn’t be afraid as this summer season is gonna be so hot that you will melt. Some real bangers coming up (Bleach, Jujutsu, Mushoku, Helck and a few romance ones),
5:23 idk what it is, but Syd joining in the bit was just... nice? Gave me laughs and also the warm fuzzies? IDK, I just really liked this bit with the two of you. Nicely done.
I like how they use music in oshi no ko, when they talk about dark things in the industry or that scene, music keeps playing like normal, doesn't sound dark, no shock stop, but it keeps playing like what's happening is this scene is normal, it's how it is supposed to be and always has been this way. And when ai talk or act in a way that is defnitely off and you know that is not a normal human behaviour, they don't highlight it, music keeps playing, no dramatic zoomings, as if they want it to be subtle
Oshi no Ko probably the STRONGEST first episode of most shows I've watched. Coming from a manga reader, It deserves all the attention it has gained. The adaptation only brings to the life the energy of Ai through music and EXCELLENT cinematography choices. For example, through out the first episode, the saturation and overall color palette changes based on the scene, which is typically normal, but it only goes to show how well the adaptation is done.

Skip to loafer is more or less slept on by the general audience this season, but I think it's one of the most brightest hidden gems this spring. Wonderful group of characters, with a soothing score and pretty art style; definitely worth your time.
Just wanna add that despite it looks like a generic school romance shoujo anime, it's actually a SEINEN. It's a mature story despite the setting. This show has: - Wholesomeness - NO FANSERVICE - Good character development for every character - Wise, great life lessons packed in lighthearted way - Many show-don't-tell moments - More to the characters than we first see, either because of the prejudice or they try to hide something; so we got that mysteries on each episode - Minimalistic hints of romance that develops naturally I'm not kidding when I say this show will heal you. Edit: Mature story don't always have to contain sex, drugs, and violence; this series will prove you that.
I agree, I was expecting oshi no ko to be quite popular because of kaguya sama mangaka but Skip to Loafer is the Hidden gem right now, I'm not even a slice of life guy, but when you have such well written characters it doesn't even matter.
3:47 The limbo edit had me laughing too hard 14:40 I was not expecting the call back to the Nick Joke in the last Anime in a Nutshell Video Skip and Loafer is a really really good anime, it has been a while since the last time I've felt this good and happy about watching a slice of life show, it portrays the small intricacy of the genre so well! This video has been so high quality, it should be illegal, I had a blast watching this.
Despite initially having reservations about the plot of Oshi no Ko after it was spoiled for me, I found the show to be surprisingly worthwhile. For those who are unsure, I would recommend giving it a chance.
I think everyone should go into it blind like I did. It was so so much more impactful and amazing than I expected. I thought it was gonna be a semi boring idol show but when I saw the first episode was basically a movie I knew I had to give it a chance. With that said HUGE spoiler alert ahead- I went in like 99% blind the other day and I was completely shocked when she got stabbed. I mean it came out of no where. And I for sure thought the ambulance would show up any minute and save her at the last second. I thought it was gonna be dramatic but they can't kill off what looked to be the main character in the first episode that would be ridiculous- wait why is she talking like that oh no wait she's actually about to die oh no she said I love you oh fuck she's totally dead. They really fooled me into thinking she was going to watch her kids grow up and I was so ready for that. I forgot that the actual MC actually died tbh it was just so wholesome. I still can't believe they killed her after making us fall in love with her honestly.
if you want to follow oshi no ko. i just gotta warn you. if you are feeling down because of the 1st eps, o boi you might not gonna feel better even later
I am so happy that I started watching this anime season a few weeks after it startet. It was so epic binging the first 6 episodes of Oshi no Ko, Hells Paradise and Tengoku Daimakyo over the weekend. I think this was the best weekend I had in a very very long time
I'm personally dropping hell's paradise after ep 3 I found the setting to be ludicrously conveluted and an artificial way of having a pretty generic arena battle royal: everyone who is sent there died so let's send criminals who don't matter but also let's send our best warrior to watch over them so that they also inevitably get murdered making the point about sending criminals who don't matter moot. Predictably the criminals are also super badass so the warriors get killed by the people they were supposed to watch over....... I guess the 2 main characters have been promising but are they, and their constant monologuing, sufficient to look past the shaky premise? I don't think so... Oh there's creepy monsters poking their nose too but that's hardly new in the world of battle shonen. Unless something super amazing happens later i'm not picking it back up, the art and concept drew me in but the execution is all over the place if i'm being honest. As you are a manga reader, is there anything i need to hear to make me reconsider before throwing the towel?
@@pougetguillaume4632 You glossed over the fact that the criminals need to keep the warriors alive if they ever want to go back and receive the pardon which makes for an interesting dynamic. They start exploring this on ep 4
@@pougetguillaume4632 youre not gonna watch jigokuraku for those things. dont expect something from a show it doesnt promise or you'll just make the experience bad for yourself, the whole point is to see gabimaru and others murder shit and try to survive and its doing a pretty good job at that. it could be that you dont like a show like that but its certainly not bad so far.
As much as I am in love with oshi no ko, heavenly delusion has me hooked so much more. It reminds me of when Attack on Titan first came out and you had no idea what is going on, and you just wanted to know more and more. Also as someone who has (and still does a bit) suffered from insomnia, the opening scene in insomniacs after school was perfection. This season is jam packed with great anime. Makes me excited when there are SO many good shows…although it’s almost overwhelming 😂
BEST SEASON PREVIEW EVER! That was actual perfection 👌🏻After watching 46 shows last season, the easy life of only 34 good ones this time makes me happy!
I always love to see these every few months. Would love to see follow up seasonal videos updating on what you dropped, what surprised you, final thoughts, etc.
Hell’s Paradise’s first 3 eps captured me so firmly with its deep characterization and intriguing mysteries that I spent the next two days reading the manga… At which point I found out almost all character writing takes place in the first 5% of the story and the mysteries are largely revealed in the first 25% >_>’ Like I still dug it, but it’s really *just* a battle shounen… which makes it weird it opens up pretending to be something else.
Mmmmmh I don't really agree. It shows its battle shounen roots as soon as the cast lands on thr island, and I really liked the characterization of everyone in the main crew when pushed to their limits in the later parts of the story. The mystery is _largely_ done early, but there's still some very important unanswered questions that make for some great twists all along the ride.
@@bookknight So I’ve seen someone else in a different comment say something similar, and no sass, honest question: what do you mean by that? I mean the ending gives closure, I rather like how they get the win in the last fight, it’s not a BAD ending by any stretch, don’t get me wrong… but it definitely didn’t strike me as some incredible, all-time-great, “memorable FOR the ending” ending either… like really I felt like the series peaks pretty distinctly after Zhu Jin goes down the first time during the Hōrai arc… not to say there’s nothing fun after that (I really enjoyed all things Shija in particular), but it definitely felt like despite efforts to impress otherwise, it was more falling than rising tension from there… most of the fights after that are one sided rather than pitched, relative to the rest of the series. And the final epilogue is satisfying enough, but more utilitarian than impressive to me… I’ve seen many that were far, far worse, but the ending didn’t really stand out as one of the highlights of this series, to me, so just curious what about it wowed multiple people
I’d actually argue the better characters (ex. Fuchi, Gantetsusai, the Aza brothers, Shugen, Shion/Nurugai) are much more fleshed out past the halfway point of the story. The very beginning is more focused around Gabimaru and Sagiri and exploring the eeriness and nature of the island itself and the battles are what introduces one to the story before all else
@@ClockFinkthe stakes still felt pretty high (for me at least) when the second dispatch was sent out especially due to how they displayed Shugen as a genuine psychopath and extremist and Shija as a stronger Gabimaru. At that point in the story it was basically all or nothing for all of our main characters because that’s when we found out the elixir was finally perfected which also lead to a couple characters being killed off even if some were fake-outs which made sense in their natures but also allowed for better peaks in character development such as Yuzuriha finally dropping her guard around her teammates
@@RiskyRage childen ? don't forget boy is 40 ish and a doctor , and later in the story he is like 50 years old or more after living for 15 years after reincarnation ( real age )
To be honest, from the moment I heard that Oshi no Ko was from the same author as Kaguya-sama, I was pretty sure that it would be a great before I even watched it. Oshi no Ko, in my opinion, was a shock and a hoax this season. The author made you think that Ai is the mean character of the story, but by the end of the first episode, everything turned upside down. And the anime changed from a comedy anime to a revenge anime. This plutost was more than amazing and this is definitely the best new anime of the season for me.
Even more so if you already read Instant Bullet If anything Oshi no Ko is the closest thing to Akasaka’s writing style. Kaguya is the comfort zone, basically pandering to the easily accessible genre which is romcom
I read the summary for Oshi no Ko cause my Instagram feed was full of it. And I still wasn’t fully expected what I saw. I’m hoping it’s amazing throughout because I felt that first episode was one of the best first episodes I’ve ever seen for an anime
Just want to give a shout out to 2 of my favorite shows so far this season that weren't mentioned in this video. 1.) X&Y - This one is a Chinese animation thats been off to a great start for me and I've hardly seen anyone talking about it. - Synopsis: When Yan moved back to his hometown, he never expected to be at the center of an eerie mystery. One day, he heads to XY Escape Room where he meets the owner, Xu, and finds himself completely captivated by her. But after this fateful encounter, Yan begins experiencing one creepy illusion after another-some that even involve his friends. Can he uncover the truth behind these strange events? [Source: Crunchyroll] 2.) Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion - This one is based off of a Korean manwha - Synopsis: Living inside a fairy tale may sound like a dream, but for this heroine, it’s more of a nightmare. After her mysterious death, Rinko is reborn as Raeliana-a loved and wealthy character in a novel. But she knows the ending: her murder at the hands of her fiancé. So, she hatches a plan to stay alive, one that involves a devilish duke and a phony engagement. Can she rewrite her story? [Source: Crunchyroll]
I really loved reading the second webtoon. Thought it was some run of the mill reincarnation webtoon but the vast character development of not only the main characters but also side characters and detailed world building, that really filled the spot for my void of reincarnation manga.
What's so refreshing about Raeliana is she is never truly a damsel in distress. She is cunning and always finds a way to help herself out of any ordeal, guns and all. There's also no unnecessary drama and misunderstandings are easily resolved. I've never read any manga or manhwa so fast. The last chapter was a bit sad but the epilogue makes the story beautiful. 12 episodes might not be enough to cover everything.
Oshi no Ko is just amazing. Its first episode gives the viewer a slight look in to how certain aspects of the idol, film and entertainment industry works as a whole works. Plus the op is just a absolute banger. Looking forward to see the more in-depth looks in to the entertainment industry as the show goes on.
Man, I just love these videos. Not only does it provide me with new shows to watch, it also makes me giggle like a crazy dolphin on a Saturday afternoon.
words cannot express how much i loved the review of insomniacs after school (literal autism screech when you mentioned it). ever since you reviewed yofukashi no uta i started to read insomniacs due to the similar themes of insomnia and ironically its something to read while i cant sleep. i cannot recommend it enough, i love the manga so much and this anime managed to make me feel those exact feeling i felt when i was first reading it at 3 in the morning
The most intriguing anime for me this season are definitely hell’s paradise, Oshi no ko and heavenly delusions. Yamada kun, Skipper and Loafer and the dangers of my heart are just for chill because I love romance anime
Nice Heavenly Delusion getting more hype and deserves it. When it first came out I couldn't get the low ratings. Let's hope it does a Vivy. Might give Oshi No Ko and Magical girl destroyers a chance based on this.
Watching these videos rekindles my love for anime and reminds me what's so special about it. Thank you so much Gigguk! I literally shed a tear during the Oshi no Ko segment. Fills my heart to see great anime be appreciated and recognized by the community. 'Kay but lowkey, The Girl Downstairs best show of the season.
For me personally this is the best season of anime I've been watching yet. The amount of unique shows and cool premises is astounding. There's so many high quality shows
Heavenly Delusion needs more attention I mean it's crazy how every episode almost looks like a movie and also if you like the Last of Us, Made in Abyss and the Promised Neverland you'll probably like this too for it has similar concepts
This has been the best video to describe how much of an absolute BANGER this season is. Will definitely add Skip to Loafer and Insomniacs after dark to my list as well.
10:23 *PREACH FOR HEAVENLY DELUSION GIGGUK, PREACH!* The story, characters, setting, plot, everything is so unique and fresh that it relieves me that there can still be shows that don't take on an already existing theme. That's without mentioning the movie quality animation too cause holy god what were Production I.G. on when they made this(said to be their best work)! It just sucks that it's in Disney jail cause I barely see lots of people talking about it. At least Disney listened to fans and aren't waiting until the dub is finished and then gets released.
Tengoku Daimakyou is amazing, I love how it makes you constantly ask wtf is going on while being unable to look away. I should've waited for the season to be complete but here I am now patiently waiting for the next episode.
Tengoku dayimakyo is what I'm currently most exited about. I love the puzzle pieces type storytelling in the show. the background and animation is super breathtaking and it has the most satisfying body animation I've seen after mob psycho
The Dangers in my Heart is the most underrated anime this season. I love how silly and quirky the writing is, and the sexual innuendo is funny without being provocative
It was admittedly cringe in the first few chapters at first, but then you realize it's middle school. This is the time and age of cringe as teenagers are having difficulty comprehending their own emotions, development in the body, mind, and conscience of where you stand in social circles. This cringe is about as realistic as it gets and godDAMN does it get good when it's balanced out with something sweet and wholesome. I binged the manga the past few days after catching up with the anime. This is a series you won't regret watching.
Insomniacs After School's first episode caught my attention so much I went on to binge read approx. 70+ chapters of the manga in a day. Really, REALLY solid stuff there.

I stumbled across the manga before even the anime announcements, like 20 chapters in i was like 'nah bro, it's too fucking sad.'
But the last time i binged an anime over night was tokyo ghoul in 2018
@@KaiUndMoritz fax, I remember watching the first ep and was planning on going to bed after it, but I was not expecting what happened *at all* so even if I did want to go to sleep afterwards, I don't think I could have been able to lmao, binged the whole thing instead
it was so good
I'm glad Gigguk will give Dead Mount a chance. The pacing is on the slower side but when the mystery starts to unfurl, it just doesn't slow down. My Home Hero is also underrated, a very smart series where the husband and wife are equally smart and caring for only their family
I'm shocked just how invested "My Home Hero" actually got me. It's a really good show.
Dead Mount Death Play for me feels like a perfect blend of "what is happening? I want to know more" and not being able to look at the screen because I just rolled all the way to another country laughing out loud XD
most anime is extremely fatherless and degenerative
He has american blood in his veins 🔫🔫
Thank GOD someone broke the chain of top comments talking about the same goddang anime! It's good, we get it! There's a lot of good anime this season, though!

I watched Oshi No Ko completely blindly when my friend was like "we're watching this tonight." I thought it was a film and it was going to be a trilogy or something. It was so good not knowing anything, and it had me hooked at the end. It has been fantastic since, I crave every release.

Skip to Loafer is so underrated! Itwas another one of those where I just had to go and read ahead in the manga. It has such a nice feel and I loved every character, Mitsumi especially.
I dont think u know what underrated means... its rated very highly no one underrating it.

Oshi no ko deserves the attention as it gets, already one of my favorite 2023 animes, seeing it go over Fullmetal Alchemist BH was crazy, and having the opening get to 40 Million views in like a week is also insane, gotta give the author some credit and YOASOBI make such a banger content.

so far so good
Can someone explain why it’s so good?

YES
Just wanna add that despite it looks like a generic school romance shoujo anime, it's actually a SEINEN. It's a mature story despite the setting. This show has:
- Wholesomeness
- NO FANSERVICE
- Good character development for every character
- Wise, great life lessons packed in lighthearted way
- Many show-don't-tell moments
- More to the characters than we first see, either because of the prejudice or they try to hide something; so we got that mysteries on each episode
- Minimalistic hints of romance that develops naturally
I'm not kidding when I say this show will heal you.

With that said HUGE spoiler alert ahead-
I went in like 99% blind the other day and I was completely shocked when she got stabbed.

I am so happy that I started watching this anime season a few weeks after it startet. It was so epic binging the first 6 episodes of Oshi no Ko, Hells Paradise and Tengoku Daimakyo over the weekend. I think this was the best weekend I had in a very very long time
As someone who has read Hell's Paradise it really needs more attention. It's really god damn good.
Damn right
I'm personally dropping hell's paradise after ep 3
I found the setting to be ludicrously conveluted and an artificial way of having a pretty generic arena battle royal:
everyone who is sent there died so let's send criminals who don't matter but also let's send our best warrior to watch over them so that they also inevitably get murdered making the point about sending criminals who don't matter moot.
I'm struggling to even read this mid ass manga lol
@@pougetguillaume4632 You glossed over the fact that the criminals need to keep the warriors alive if they ever want to go back and receive the pardon which makes for an interesting dynamic. They start exploring this on ep 4
@@pougetguillaume4632 youre not gonna watch jigokuraku for those things. dont expect something from a show it doesnt promise or you'll just make the experience bad for yourself, the whole point is to see gabimaru and others murder shit and try to survive and its doing a pretty good job at that. it could be that you dont like a show like that but its certainly not bad so far.

I always love to see these every few months. Would love to see follow up seasonal videos updating on what you dropped, what surprised you, final thoughts, etc.
Hell’s Paradise’s first 3 eps captured me so firmly with its deep characterization and intriguing mysteries that I spent the next two days reading the manga…
At which point I found out almost all character writing takes place in the first 5% of the story and the mysteries are largely revealed in the first 25% >_>’
Like I still dug it, but it’s really *just* a battle shounen… which makes it weird it opens up pretending to be something else.
The ending is so worth it through
@@bookknight So I’ve seen someone else in a different comment say something similar, and no sass, honest question: what do you mean by that?
Wow oshi no ko really looks like a fun and wholesome anime, the main character looks very cute in the cover, I'll definitely be checking that out

This season is shaping up to be really awesome
To be honest, from the moment I heard that
Oshi no Ko was from the same author as Kaguya-sama, I was pretty sure that it would be a great before I even watched it.
Even more so if you already read Instant Bullet
If anything Oshi no Ko is the closest thing to Akasaka’s writing style. Kaguya is the comfort zone, basically pandering to the easily accessible genre which is romcom
Its sad that he didn't deliver nearly as good in oshi no ko as he did with kaguya sama
ai is definitely the mean and plutost character. truly one of anime of all time
Lower that spoiler down another line, we can see it without clicking "Read more".

Just want to give a shout out to 2 of my favorite shows so far this season that weren't mentioned in this video.
1.) X&Y
- This one is a Chinese animation thats been off to a great start for me and I've hardly seen anyone talking about it.

2.) Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion
- This one is based off of a Korean manwha
- Synopsis: Living inside a fairy tale may sound like a dream, but for this heroine, it’s more of a nightmare.
X&Y looking so good rn bro!!! reminds me of Babylon. happy to see other people watching too.

Heavenly Delusion needs more attention I mean it's crazy how every episode almost looks like a movie and also if you like the Last of Us, Made in Abyss and the Promised Neverland you'll probably like this too for it has similar concepts
7:43 this song is so nostalgic, who else immediately recognized it from the Harry Potter video games
6:22 that lines hits deeply in my heart 💀😂😂
This has been the best video to describe how much of an absolute BANGER this season is. Will definitely add Skip to Loafer and Insomniacs after dark to my list as well.
15:38 is the best joke you've ever made, dude. Amazing.
Your humor is always so on point. love your stuff.
Tengoku Daimakyou is amazing, I love how it makes you constantly ask wtf is going on while being unable to look away. I should've waited for the season to be complete but here I am now patiently waiting for the next episode.
Quickly go through the manga, puke, and drop the show. This is the most dеgеn stuff I've ever seen serialized.
Tengoku dayimakyo is what I'm currently most exited about. I love the puzzle pieces type storytelling in the show. the background and animation is super breathtaking and it has the most satisfying body animation I've seen after mob psycho
I agree completely I'm so excited to see more
This might be my favourite season in a nutshell video you've made, laughed so much. Well done!
spring anime hype! Great vid btw :D
I love how how everyone's taste can be different with the quality of shows. For me It's I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World.
@@dylanw8518 alright garnt chill with the alts.
I just watched an ad about it and I'll say it is definitely something else. I might take a look.
Dead mounth death play is also criminally underrated.
Oshi no Ko's first episode is so good it's basically a movie in itself, I felt like even if it had ended there I would've been satisfied!
I most certainly wouldn't be satisfied, wanna see Aqua and Ruby fulfilling Ai's dream
14:09 “I see” highkey, a funny lowkey joke
Insomniacs After School's first episode caught my attention so much I went on to binge read approx. 70+ chapters of the manga in a day. Really, REALLY solid stuff there.
Anime of 2023 are hitting us like crazily awesome. Thumbs up to the hard working animators
I love Heavenly Delusion so muchhhhhh! Everything i wanted about anime is there and ofc the story is so *good*
13:14 Gigguk bro you ain't slick I see you playing the March comes in like a lion soundtrack in the background. I believe the track is called 'Whereabouts'.
"Harry Spotter The Boy Who Lifted" this kne killed me
Heavenly Delusion slaps so hard that I started reading the manga after the first episode.
heavenly delusion deserves more recognition 🫶🏻
10:37 "Plenty of Bangers"
I see what you did there 😂
Gigguk videos are constant bangers, also Garnt and Sydney are gold standard for couples goals 😀You've been quoted in a Hidive email for what you said about Insomniacs after School as a recommendation for it
Heavenly delusion, Hell's paradise, and Oshi no ko easily on most people's top 5 if not top 3 in this season's new anime series.
Unless they dont like the genre or It gets too popular..
Damn 3 videos within 3 weeks? Gigguk making sure we get the content
We eating good today bois, enjoy it
5:28 my favourite moment in this vid xD
I decided to watch the Oshi anime And im currently over an hour in. Im literally nearly crying after a giant plot man this is alot better than i expected
The 10:30 ad break hit me like a truck
13:55 australia's origin in a nutshell o_o
Besides Oshi no Ko, Heavenly Delusion and Skip to Loafer are absolute gems
I really want a video of garnt going over heavenly delusion that would be awesome
