- In this SUPPAUL episode we visit the Montgomery Whitewater Park in Alabama.
Scheduled to open to the public in July 2023, Cohen Atkins and I (Paul Clark SUPPAUL) were invited to test the park for its river paddle boarding potential.
Spoiler... the "adventure channel" is very user freindly for learning to whitewater SUP and the "comp channel" will challenge the more experieced paddlers. It's going to be a wonderful park.
We're curious how this and other whitewater projects will help revitalize communities throughout the South, including here in Montgomery.

It will open tomorrow. Montgomery is excited about this. It's a fun activity that will bring money and excited fun to our city. Montgomery is coming back to the city it was 5 years ago and back. Good fun clean excitement. We'd like to invite everyone from ALL over to come and enjoy the fun

I met SUP Paul on the barking dog and neither he, nor anyone in his crew could surf the wave for even one second so they took pics of me surfing it and didn’t give a credit in the photos posted. Meanwhile, Scott Shipley built a wave in Boise and still hasn’t been paid because the wave is a death trap, still broken after many attempts by Shipley to fix his mistakes: Poser-ville Alabama, population y’all!

i hope it works and is a hit----but I would bet my net worth it will not be in operation in 3 year....$90,000,000 for this? and in Montgomery Al ? no way....
I have grew up not to far from Montgomery and this seems odd for this!! I mean I like to do this kinda stuff but with all the money spent and probably the location why on earth didn't they didn't they build a water park! I'm sure the revenue for this would be greater. Just my opinion maybe I'm wrong.
Scott Shipley doesn’t care if the park is viable, he only wants your tax dollars, he took the city of Boise for millions.
