It's concerning that having overseen relegation, Radz may now damage Leeds' prospects for next season by leaving the club in limbo whilst he tries to squeeze every penny he can out of the 49ers.
The Americans are not dumb. They are not going to overpay for a club that's no longer in the Premier League and have already offered a much-reduced price. The fact that Radrizzani will now be out of pocket is only a small consolation. Hopefully, the arrogant smirk will be wiped off his face and we'll never see him again. I suspect he might try double-dealing and going behind the 49'ers backs to try and sell the club to other parties but he is lucky that the 49'ers are still interested with the state of the world at the moment and the recession we are in on both sides of the Atlantic.
Radz needs to be hounded out of the club. The guy is a disgrace!

It's interesting what Phil's saying about loan players. I had a look at the seasons in the Championship the last time we went down. I know the financial situation isn't the same, but there was quite an emphasis on loan players back then. The ownership also shifted half way through that first season down...maybe history is going to repeat itself!
I just hope we have a manager and 11 fit players to start the season cos at the mo 80% of the current team won't be in a Leeds shirt next season I do hope we sign some decent players and especially a decent back 4 and keeper

I'm actually excited for the championship. I think the games will be more fun to watch with lots of goals. And hopefully Leeds will return to the premiership.

It is also d failure of scouting department in their role resulting in getting over rated players at inflated prices. Leeds was renown for their scouting teams, what happen to them now? Every depts seem to b collapsing!

Why limit to 15 mins
It was indeed Bournemouth away from where there was no coming back. I've been going to ER on and off since 1986 and I've never heard "you're not fit to wear the shirt" before. There was no coming back from there.
I think radz wants the chance to get us promoted again and sell at a higher price. I might be wrong but i heard radz tweeted ages ago that if he had ownership of an italian club, as well as leeds, it would void the 49ers take over deal.
i think the players knew, at which point it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy
Cresswell, Gyabi, Joffy and Perkins need to be starters next season. All promising, committed, energetic players who will do well.

I don’t understand why a quick sale can’t be done. For the 49ers to get control would require only 6.1% to be traded between Radz and the 49ers. He could be a silent partner with his 49.9% and give up his place on the board. Then he would still have his economic interest in the event we go straight back to the PL to make the profit he’s intent on making for his time and effort in the club. Surely it wouldn’t take much (and comparatively little cash) to agree a price for a stake of that size.
Hmm. Maybe if the 49ers want to put everything into the club then they'd want more than 50.1% to reap the rewards? At some point they'd want that 49.9% and if we went back up it would be more expensive than to buy it now
@@Hutchyy indeed, but its not just about what the 49ers want. It’s about control for them initially. The 49ers cannot introduce their plans without control. The 6.1% would give them that. If they believe they can make Leeds the powerhouse we should be they wouldn’t worry about leaving more value on the table for Radrizzani, who is definitely looking for more than a club valuation of £150-200mn to sell up his full stake. I recall him talking about getting the club to a £300-500mn in the Premier League, which would be a good return on his investment. The 49ers wouldn’t worry about paying out the remaining 49.9% at that valuation if they felt they could get Leeds back into the big time and back among the Top Six where we all feel they belong. If we got back there the club would easily be worth £1bn and everyone has made a good return.

Feeling a lot of unease. Unless things get sorted quickly (with ownership and management team) can easily see club staying in championship for a few years.
Get Pablo Hernandez in as Head Coach, get Berardi in to manhandle Radz out of the building, get Klich to fly the 493rs over from America personally, and get Michael Normanton with his vast footballing knowledge and coaching history in to be Director of Football.
End of the day. Hiring an American manager in the premier league is a football crime and they’ve all been complicit. Radz must be so embarrassed
if the take over is swift, they have models they can follow and obvious mistakes to avoid, it wont be rudderless

This is an absolute shambles. Radrizzani and the 49ers need to sort the ownership out immediately, get a new manager in and sort the squad out, otherwise we can write off next season and with each season the possibility of returning diminishes.

I’d rather keep radz if the 49ers think Gerrard is the answer. Frankly I can’t see anything getting sorted quickly adding to a guaranteed survival season in the championship. I so hope I’m wrong but how are we to attract any decent players with the uncertainty going on
