Yummy! I only have 1.5 cup and 3 cup (uncooked) rice cookers. Small and mini since I can't eat much carbs. Both don't have cake settings. Merry Christmas to come🎄💚 ETA: saw the other comment for function, I'll try steam. I can make 2 cheesecakes out of the recipe.
I have a mixed brown setting. 👍🏼 I ate most of the cream cheese with crackers...will have to add more to the next shopping list. Little piggy just bought the cream cheese yesterday morning. 🐷 @@JoesPhenomenal

I have one of those rice cookers but it doesn’t have a cake setting. Any suggestions on using a different setting?
Maybe the steam function? You also might be able to get away with it on the porridge setting... What all settings does yours have?

@shellybulla8089 I know a lot of people have had some good luck on the brown rice setting... That might do it.
Is it possible to create an airfryer cheesecake?
I don't see why not.... Unless it's just a dedicated air fryer... That might burn the top, I would think... It had to be in there a while.

Pardon my dumbness. Could you use an immersion blender to whip the egg whites?
Most of them come with a whisk attachment also.. I'd use that. The regular immersion blade is probably too fast.
