Im gonna sound controversial for saying this, but I really enjoyed the ending for bo3. Sure it didn't connect whatsoever to the other black ops games, but it brought something to the table that was highly trippy and extreme just like the original two. Its understandable as to why people dislike the story, but it can be peace it together if you pay attention, once again completely understandable considering it is a cod game and most of the time they make the story in the game easy to fall into and get into without needing look closer at it. In my opinion this game was a way of the cod franchise experimenting on a different kind of story that has a deep meaning like the rest of the cods showing a darker side to the military but in a different kind of route.
If you can understand the story, Black Ops 3 is the best immersive cod game I have ever seen. To understand the story, you need to use the scrolling text at the beginning of each mission or the hidden computer in the safe house. You will be shocked when you truly understand the story.
@@AbitantedelVault Kinda late respond, but anyways. PPretty much both of them. You, the Player is a living concious inside Tyalor DNI after you die in the operation to become augmented. All what you are experiencing is when Taylor and Hendricks hunted their old unit and Dylan Stone is Taylor. So... Yeah. That.
Abitante del Vault basically simplified, you died in the beginning, but you think that you're alive, but that's just a different type of hallucination before you die. Everyone on that mission died, including you.
@@EruseanPug now thats a little wrong everyone on that mission did not die becuase if they did then taylor would have never interfaced with the player and if he didnt interface how would he know about the killing of phi team by taylor and hendricks
I just completed it 5 minutes ago and I started singing along with the song. I was just thinking about the song when it came on and I was so exited. The guy I was with must have thought that was pretty weird.
@Dan The Onion Lad The game? Yep, solid fun. Considering it's an abandonware - it's also free on some website, such as oldgamesdownload The song was also good.
because unlike the rest of us who enjoy good stories, they seek to destroy any semblance of fun by harping on the game's problems. also "train go boom"
Virtual Enigma ahhhh cool cool thx bro. I was playing black ops earlier and I was like yooooooo they got eazy mac in this joint and then I didn’t hear the beat or bass or anything and the girl voice and I was like bruh

This song fits with something like Mason thinking Reznov is there the whole time in the first Black ops.
My favorite ending in the Black Ops series so far. Only beats BO2 by this song.
A Toaster Oven I finished the game today and I can't understeand if the guy is Taylor or the mind of the PC has merged with that of Taylor?

Just finished the campaign yesterday. Walking among the dead bodies with this playing was so hypnotic.

a black ops game must always end with Vietnam cold war era rock song just makes it all tied together
Anybody else take their time walking out so they can listen to this song till the end? 👌😆
Soldier: What's your name?
Player:...Taylor...
MY NAME IS VICTOR REZNOV AND I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE
Vietnam War era music, and not even a reference to Alex Mason...
And a very in your face reference to Menendez, like "hey btw remember that this is in the Black Ops universe guys!"
This song fits bo 3 story much better it doesnt need all those charcaters to make it appropriate
"Train go boom"

i just got done playing it and came on here to find out what the name of the song was
Funny thing is: CoD's competitor, which is Battlefield - had the remixed version of White Rabbit in Battlefield: Vietnam.

The song was also good.
@Dan The Onion Lad well, as I said - good.
@Чайник Влад Сюжет Call of duty black ops 3 - самий кращий сюжет в серії CoD. А зіпсувало все руснява озвучка
Imagine yourself in a frozen forest.
You're standing in a clearing trees around you so tall they touch the sky
Outcome ...
Train Go Boom
SHUT THE HELL UP STABLER!
Purging DNI
[Woods]Am a goddamn onion mason
A dozen play throughs and only just starting to understand the whole bo3 story
Train go boom
You may be a Badass but you are not immortal
the bastogne mission was fucked up. made me terrified for once but i wish the zombies campaign wasn't just a retread.
The entire bo3 campaign is essentially like this song.
III is the number of world championships of bray wyatt...
why don't people like this campaign?
because unlike the rest of us who enjoy good stories, they seek to destroy any semblance of fun by harping on the game's problems. also "train go boom"
@@AllGamingStarred this isn't real?
@@theamazingskeptic2234 i do not accept the official explanation as canon
@@AllGamingStarred all of this is a simulation inside our heads, right now you're being prepped for surgery.

I knew I recognized the song in purging
Cual es su nombre soldado?
Dije cual es su nombre?
Taylor
English
What's your name, soldier?
I said what's your name?
Taylor
This sounds like chasing rabbits by eazy mac wtf
This song was sampled by eazy mac, that's why it sounds so similair
Virtual Enigma ahhhh cool cool thx bro. I was playing black ops earlier and I was like yooooooo they got eazy mac in this joint and then I didn’t hear the beat or bass or anything and the girl voice and I was like bruh
FEED YOUR HEAD
This isn't the version used in game I think
It's the remastered
I don’t get the ending
Don't worry, you are FAR from alone in this regard.
As far as I know most of it was in your mind. So it makes sense that it’s mostly jumbled and bizarre.
All of it is a simulation inside your mind
Cod black ops 3 and the simpsons
Worst campaign ever made
totally agree
