Great to see this young kid's perspective on food shopping. And the fact that he's not an IFBB Pro makes it interesting and maybe more useful for younger lifters. Anyone and everyone can benefit from a food shopping strategy. It just takes a little planning, like everything else related to bodybuilding.
I follow the Animal for last 7-8 years, when I first saw a series of movies with Frank. This is the greatest brand in the history of bodybuilding. They gave to this sport a true style, not the circus clothes that athletes wore before. They returned hardcore in this sport. They gave to this sport philosophy and intellect. Thank you for your work. Respect from Belarus.
gotta love all the bums in the comment section. vincenzo is an incredibly humble person and animal is a quality company which in this industry isn't always the case. the hate is mystifying to me
Just a tip on this video ..... If you go to a Hispanic grocery in a bad neighborhood, everything will be cheaper. I mean you will have enough money left to get a variety of fruits for a week.
I like that he went a little bit of a different route with the pork and the macaroni I'm more of a angle hair person myself or thin spaghetti but pasta is pasta and it's all cheap
These videos are great. Theyve helped me a lot putting on 50 lbs this past year in preperation for CFL tryouts, and put as one of the biggest and strongest lineman in the GLFL. (Im 6'8" 290lbs currently) I may not be a bodybuilder, but at the end of the day the formula for getting massive is the same, lots of protein, lots of calories, and lots of hard work.
When I saw he’s in his early 20s..? I was stunned. He’s got a very bright future. He looks great and has a great team of guys behind him here with Animal. Awesome to see this. Thanks guys
Animal Holy shit I just thought of the best idea ever for a Pete video, just name it ''Binch on a Budget'' and give Pete 50 bucks for a cheat day. You don't have to pay me I'm good, I'll gladly give you this idea for free!
The Most Fun Vid of them(Animal) ... I'm Hispanic so I was Laughing when Vin pulled out the Hot Sizzle LOL. But Cold Pasta Sauce tho? Woww, thought you were gonna Microwave it at least! Lol
I love your product and your videos. And I think the guys you sponsor are awesome. Big fan of Evan and Frank. I personally haven't worked out in about 3-4 months due to working 3rd shift, plus tendinitis in my arm. For a person who works the graveyard shift, what do you recommend for meal scheduling? I never knew when to eat what..
All of these bodybuilders on these Animal shopping videos don't seem to eat much per meal as big as they are. I'm half their size and pile on the food a lot higher than their measured cups. They do eat more meals per day than me though (I only eat 3-4 times per day).
"a bag of this [mass gainer] probably only costs another $60 a month, so ya know divide that by the weeks - $20 a week, somethin like that." lol I see math's not his strong suit... that's okay though. Also he shoulda skipped the oreos and rabbits foot and got some kind of vegetable for his micronutrient needs.
i really like these videos just some basic stuff but always the same stuff to mutch protein and whats up the zero micronutrients no veggies almost no fruit :(
lol no organic green shit. How can this dude not eat any veggies. I realize this was for "teaching" purposes and showing that you can buy a lot of food for that price but spend another $8 or so and get some veggies or more fruit
+Animal It isn't but his diet certainly won't be as effective as it could have been had he just spent an extra few bucks on some better food options instead of bagels and oreos. Good video tho! Wish my grocery store were as cheap as Marazzos
He's talking about getting huge on a budget, not how to live a healthy lifestyle on a budget. If I had to choose between a meat source or vegetable for size...yeah, I'd omit the vegetable. Shit, I'd get Oreos before vegetables.
+Patrick Bateman your like me bro you get it it's about calories in vs calories out veggies won't help there just makes you full waste of room for more muscle building food that's what a multi vitamins are for get them micronutrients

Vincenzo is quickly becoming one of my favorite bodybuilders to follow
These videos are a lot of inspiration and motivation for us guys who are trying to achieve our dreams. Thanks a lot Animal.

Motherfuckers always have opinions. Goddamn social media, where everyone's entitled to form an opinion with no thought what-so-ever
"I could get a pack of Oreos for a dollar" when he said this his eyes lit up like a kid on christmas eve haha.
Just a tip on this video ..... If you go to a Hispanic grocery in a bad neighborhood, everything will be cheaper. I mean you will have enough money left to get a variety of fruits for a week.
I like this guy. "Pasta, ol' fuckin' reliable right here"
I like that he went a little bit of a different route with the pork and the macaroni I'm more of a angle hair person myself or thin spaghetti but pasta is pasta and it's all cheap
I like that he was the first one to actually look up whats on sale
These videos are great. Theyve helped me a lot putting on 50 lbs this past year in preperation for CFL tryouts, and put as one of the biggest and strongest lineman in the GLFL. (Im 6'8" 290lbs currently)

Holy shit you are a big ass dude lol
stu nelson lol, thanks. I switched from D-End to Offensive Tackle this year, so I thought it was a good idea to get bigger.
+Tyler Rafferty Yea man holy shit a guy of your size would be unfair to play against lol. Best of luck to you!
I don't know how you turned grocery shopping into a horror movie, but you did it.
Couldn't think of a good name so I guess this is it every em every eteretttteteeeettteee
lets make this a full blown cooking show, thumbs up
When I saw he’s in his early 20s..? I was stunned. He’s got a very bright future. He looks great and has a great team of guys behind him here with Animal. Awesome to see this. Thanks guys
This grocery store must have the highest population of bodybuilders ever
Frozen green beans and green and black lentils are key for budget eating. Chuck them in the rice cooker with the white rice, works really well.
...7 years ago... you cannot buy all of this with $100 now
Perfect for college lifters, great series been using for years now 💪
We need a Pete Rubish version
A lot of oreos
kingmike9879 50$ of red velvet oreos.
Animal
Holy shit I just thought of the best idea ever for a Pete video, just name it ''Binch on a Budget'' and give Pete 50 bucks for a cheat day.
You don't have to pay me I'm good, I'll gladly give you this idea for free!
Pete "100g of protein a day" Rubish
we need dan green
I love this series! (:
14:34 ladies, find you a man that looks at you, the way "MASS" looks at that London Broil 😂😂🤣🤣
Keep doing these videos. They are definitely helpful for us just trying to "Get Big On a Budget!"
This guy has a really positive attitude and seems like he's having fun.
A lot of bodybuilder's seem so bored of their routines.
vincenzo looks like the tank from Left 4 Dead
I'd like to see more of these in general. I don't care who the bodybuilder is.
Great episode Animal Keep up the content.
he did good variety wise for sure
Keep the vids coming Vince is a awesome guy
Love these vids! Thanks for sharing. Vincenzo is an amazing young man!
I really appreciated this video..a lot of great yet simple information that I can use. Esp since I'm in school.
Keep this series going man! Good JOB!
Damn, this dude killed it. Great job Vincenzo!
I need to start shopping like this, saves so much money
how come most of these guys accept Evan Centopani don't include any kind of vegetable or fruit?
50 bucks that's why
What a nice guy I stayed attentive the whole video this was an awesome video...=)
Love watching these videos plz keep them coming
+Animal can't wait!!
This is honestly perfect cause as a college student gotta eat on a budget...24/7
Oh yeah! Been waiting for this
Great stuff thanks for this.
love the idea for the videos. But were is the green veg?
Mass's Maths= 60÷4=20
Gotta love this guy!
Yessssss. Ive been waiting for this one :)
The Most Fun Vid of them(Animal) ... I'm Hispanic so I was Laughing when Vin pulled out the Hot Sizzle LOL. But Cold Pasta Sauce tho? Woww, thought you were gonna Microwave it at least! Lol
A very cool guy!
good work big kid!
Maybe this makes sense only in the USA, here in Italy for example is impossible to buy a pound of meat for 2.99... So sad...
Iceforgedstormborn I lived intaly for a year and meat was so expensive, i had to find dodgy ways to get it.
In germany chickenbreast 1kg 6,50euro.
Groundbeaf 6euro kg.
10eggs 1,30euro.
Basmati and jasminrice 2euro and the sheap rice is 1euro for 1kg.
Its OK.
Do a Huge on a Hundred with Vincenzo!!!
Haha I love how these guys never get veggies. Love these vids
He really is on a budget. Can't even afford a color video camera
UNIVERSAL ANIMAL... I FUCKING LOVE YOU GUYS!!
Ronnie Coleman will always be associated with that vid of him dousing chicken with BBQ sauce
No excuses. I work night shifts 4 times a week. I still train 6 days a week and my diet is on point. You just need to want it bad enough.
Night shift here. Just adjust meals from when you wake up until you go to sleep that's all. We are just on a different schedule.
He seems a pretty cool dude
Love this cat!
this guy is cool
Does anyone know what music is playing in the background while he shops around? Not the store music, but whatever the video put in?
Pretty cool, but no veggies tho? And where do you get your fiber from?
Banana and oats alone has 13g of fibre
I thought i was the only one that thinks ronnie goes HEAVY on the bbq sauce
Close your eyes and just listen.
It's young Sylvester Stalone shopping for groceries.
BAF! BIG AS FU*K lol fun video guys
This kid is big
make one showing how much they spend on average week on food with no limits.
I wanna see Pete do this
will we be waiting months for huge on a hundred?
Does Vince compete? Also, where is this supermarket? it seems like meats are always so expensive. 2.99 a lb. for london broil? is that typical?
"a little somthing different"
gotta do one in los angeles. only with $100. sigh..
I go to costco spend 65 for 10 days plus another 10 at Food 4 Less bc I love Oikos Yogurts on a cut
Soon as I saw his guy wearing Jay's to do deadlifts had to skip video
How come nobody washes the rice before cooking? To keep the starch?
Great video but the lifetime cereal killer music in the background is terrible
that pre workout meal would mess me up and make for a terrible workout but then again I'm not Vincenzo ;)
Gosh how does he fit in jeans, i have trouble finding good jeans and he's got 80lbs on me
How are there comments on this video from up to 6 days ago when it was published today...?
When is Vince gonna compete?
rinse your rice homie, it'll taste better
Can we get calorie counts on future videos?
nice kid, cool video
which is the heigh of vincenzo??
COLOR!!!
$60 per month = $20 per week apparently
All of these bodybuilders on these Animal shopping videos don't seem to eat much per meal as big as they are. I'm half their size and pile on the food a lot higher than their measured cups. They do eat more meals per day than me though (I only eat 3-4 times per day).
Great, thank you, am hooked and catching up on the videos
All that food would last him 2-3 days lol
This would cost me like $150 😂
Rabbit feet good source of protein lol
Is this guy relative to Regan Grime?
Cougar Richard no
How many times are you going to make these same videos. Did the same thing at the same place with Centeponi.
+Animal no worries I didn't. Good day.
they keep making them because we as viewers keep asking for them.
This dude is dripping with charisma
0 veggies lol
No veggies? :)
forza italia.
Dude youre supposed to wash the rice...
Like the videos but doesn't show anything they drink
0 greens ... Very dangerous for overall health with all that protein ( PH acidity )
thats what multi vitamins are for
NO multi vitamins don't play a role in PH acidity. Its the reason if we need to take greens supplements or eat a lot of greens and fruits every day.
very easy to eat that food..there is a dirty mass so..........
can someone please tell me why is the cheat meal always on the leg day ?
i really like these videos just some basic stuff but always the same stuff to mutch protein and whats up the zero micronutrients no veggies almost no fruit :(
$200 a month for 1 person is still a big bill.
lol no organic green shit.

+Patrick Bateman tf? veggies and their micronutrients would do more for you than the oreos and their calories
+Patrick Bateman your like me bro you get it it's about calories in vs calories out veggies won't help there just makes you full waste of room for more muscle building food that's what a multi vitamins are for get them micronutrients
+Big gains real food> multivitamins gtfo
It must suck to be a huge body bodybuilder and have a kitchen that small with 2 burner stove!
never skip cardio kids, dude breaths heavy as he just finished running 500m
I didn't know pork was protein but I don't eat pork anyway
What??
Will this cause you to gain excess fat
