I do it cause I eat 12 to 16 eggs a day. All those yolks are way too rich for me. So if I eat 12 to 14 egg whites with 2 whole eggs it's much less rich. if you don't believe me. Try it. Cook a 12 egg omlette with whole eggs and eat the whole thing. Next morning make one with 10 egg whites and two whole eggs. See which is easier to eat. I can only give my take. I don't know why others do it.

Oftentimes it is even more than just those two languages which are required. It isn't an intelligence issue so much as it is an exposure (or lack thereof) issue.
