I believe this is a fair analogy. You've got a class of young kids. You've got a gang of bullies. One day they all go out for recess, but noone is monitoring them. The gang damages schoolyard equipment. Since the rest of the class is too afraid to reveal who destroyed the equipment, they are all nolonger allowed to go out for recess. The activists have taken far too many liberties. In the deceptive guise of human rights, they have infringed on other people's rights. Places like California have not only allowed the behavior, they support it. In this case, the teacher let the bully gang destroy the equipment, and the class was punished, except for the bullies, because they did tell on them. Too many liberties have been taken. A line must be drawn. When liberties infringe on other people's rights, it is nolonger a right. When it reaches that level, it is proper protocol to have them face consequences. Victim hustling, and even preferred pronouns is essentially extortion. You get caught red handed by police, or security cameras, you claim racism or sexism. You go to a restaurant, and harrass people to use pronouns, and then get removed from the premise, and then go online to call them predjudice bigots. These things should be rendered criminal offenses. In a court of law, if you are proven guilty, an extra charge of extortion should be added. It's only fair. You lie, defame, falsely accuse someone of things, because of your own selfish entitled actions, then you should face consequences. That's what human rights are about. Invading other people's rights is directly is not a right. Never has been, never will. Gay, trans, whatever. If someone came up to you and told you you need to be straight, they would be infringing on your human rights. Only thing, it is the same thing to demand preferred pronouns. It is no less disrespectful. It is no less offensive. It is no less bigotous. Demanding people to use preferred pronouns is by definition harassment. Legislation to use preferred pronouns is by definition opression. It is what it is. A line must be drawn, and enforced. Liberties have already crossed lines that never should have been crossed to begin with. The community itself is protecting, and praising the very people that are causing them harm. Even more harm than what is falsely claimed of conservatives, and straight white people. The fact is. All the talk of opression, straight white people face more opression today than the community. A majority of the opression claimed is fabricated. On top of that, the actual members of the community, who are calling out the narcissism are being harrassed, and defamed. Hypocrisy isn't even the correct word to describe it.

I identify as a straight man, born 62 years ago and raised in the United Kingdom, so I can only give you my opinion as I see it for what it's worth. Fact humans are a species of the animal kingdom. No matter which gender you identify with or sexually you are, I think we can all agree we are animals (Homo sapiens). The next fact is that as animals, we are all sexual beings, and as a higher developed species, we have, for the most part, past sensible laws to protect society from being harmed by others distorted thoughts and actions and where applicable and appropriate as society develops changes to these laws are made. Next fact, as far as I can see, is that trans people are not repeat, not any more predatory than others are in our society and their treatment by others as if they are is totally unacceptable. On the other hand trans people or people who identify as other emotions species or conditions shouldn't be allowed to demand special treatment just because they identify as different. How are the rest of us ment to know what pronouns you are using today sometimes changing daily or even hourly. I now turn my attention to the rest of the subjects raised in the video. I realise that prisons are overcrowded, but my solution would be to have prisons for men prisons for women and prisons for trans people. Same for hospital wards and any other services that are gender specific. Then you're not discriminating against any gender or causing any harm or embarrassment to anyone. Finally, to sports or any other competition where body development is a factor in winning or losing, let men compete against men women against women and trans against trans how would this be discriminating against one gender because you are competing against your own gender biological or trans. Also, you could if the demand was strong enough to have all gender divisions for anyone wanting to compete against the other genders. I don't however feel that having trans athletes competing in a woman's division of any sport is fair because of the muscle mass and strength trans athletes naturally have unless the trans athletes were given performance limiting drugs or allow biological women athletes to be given performance enhancing drugs if they wish to compensate against the biological disadvantage they face. If some compromise is not reached here, womans sports are going to cease to exist, and that mustn't be allowed to happen.

I'm in my 40s an still remember from when I was a child that trans people were around. They weren't attacked, but they got people staring. That's about it. All of the drama was started lately because of the actions and behavior of a small amount of assholes who happen to be trans.

I'm a 53yo hetrosexual male and even I can see that there is a huge difference between a man that identifies as a woman and a man that has transitioned into a woman or vice versa. Anyone can identify as anything they want and it means jack sh$$. But someone who has actually transitioned even tho I don't get it and why would I as I am not them but I would respect them.Further more if a friend of mine asked me to call them he/she or them or they or foxy etc etc I would because they are my friend, but if a stranger asked me the same I would not care what they want to be called. So should a man that identifies as a woman be allowed into a female prison.....Hell No! Should a man who has transition fully into a woman be allowed into a female prison I honestly could not answer that and I would imagine it would be on a case by case basis

Why does the NHS not apply the same policies to their staff, in Doncaster for example the female nurses are expected to share their changing room with a biological male and told that their rights and safety don’t matter, that they need to adjust and accept, that they have a problem and are transphobic.

I had this happen when I went into a mental institution. There was a trans women and non of us had an issue with her at all. But she started complaining not being on the women’s side of our sleeping quarters. Then she kissed my friend who is a lesbian. When my friend complained to the nurses, the trans women made a spectacle cussing out the nurses and the supervisors. Saying they are transphobic because she couldnt stay in the women’s quarters and also saying my friend is lesbian so there shouldn’t be a problem that she kissed her. My friend felt so violated, I felt so bad for her.
Not implying men have an innate motivation to hurt or prey on women, I agree that basic biology cannot be reversed. The sin we carry of simple carnal attraction to others is very real; willingly or not.

Put it this way. If i go for a cervical screening, i always ask for a female doctor or nurse. If i turned up to find that 'female' was actually a male identifying as a female, i would feel slightly concerned and more than a little betrayed.
If an organisation is under resourced it is important that people are classified accurately to get appropriate treatment therefore not wasting money. Why try and assess whether someone has cervical cancer when they do not possess one and never have for example.
