Thanks for this. It seems like the game has an interesting setting and story; but motion sickness prevents me playing it myself, so brief glimpses into the game world are about as much as I can take.
I feel you. I get motion sickness from it, too. Car rides are the worst. There is a setting, though, that helps. Something about secondary movement if I remember correctly which is enabled by default. Once I disabled it, it got so much better. Sneaking also helps.
@@SulkyKarris Hmm. I've pretty well gotten rid of the games I used to have that gave me problems, so I don't know how I can test that out without buying new games... which I then might not be able to play. I'll have to think about it. But I've also tried out some "motion sickness-proof" VR rigs, and I didn't do much better in those than in a normal VR headset. The most frustrating part for me is that I never experienced motion sickness until I was in my mid-30s. Then suddenly it became impossible for me to ride in a car, or play first-person perspective video games (and some third-person games, depending on how a given game's camera moved), and for a while I didn't know what was wrong.
@@Philistine47 That sounds definitely serious. Perhaps you should see a doctor about it. I mean third person games giving you motion sickness is pretty tough.
@@SulkyKarris It's not very many third-person games that cause a problem, just games with a really tight over-the-shoulder view that's _almost_ first-person - except that you can see the back of your character's head, or maybe head and shoulders.

Yeah you should probably wait until that problem is fixed. Hopefully it will be fixed...
