2 cycle screw pump rotor whirling machine

NXFX100×1000 CNC internal whirling machine can milll screw rotor with variable lead,eccentricity and pitch. It is mainly used for the special machine tool for processing the spiral rotor of single Screw pump.
This machine tool adopts a dedicated integrated casting bed and high-frequency quenched hard rails. The spindle is driven by worm gear and worm, and the servo motor is directly connected to the worm, achieving high-precision and accurate indexing. The X and Z axis guide rails are arranged horizontally. One, four, or eight knives can be simultaneously clamped on the flying disc for milling. The milling head adopts a special protective device to prevent iron filings from flying out. The machine tool is equipped with a Guangzhou CNC system.

Yo no entendía este mecanizado hasta que haciendo zoom ya he visto el secreto .
El secreto es la velocidad de giro del cabezal de la maquina que lentamente según ha de ser el paso de la hélice a procesar, va introduciendo la pieza en el cabezal de corte giratorio.
Me parece que este tipo de torneado es similar al torneado poligonal en el que el cabezal del torno y la velocidad de giro del cabezal de corte así como el número de cuchillas que se coloquen en el cabezal giratorio de corte han de estar sincronizados con relación de transmisión la que sea necesaria según el tipo de perfil poligonal a conseguir.
Por tanto con una adecuacion correcta y bien diseñada del cabezal giratorio de corte y una sincronización de ambos cabezales el de sujeción de la pieza y el de corte se pueden realizar trabajos increíbles en un torno pero reales y precisos.
