My mouth was literally watering while watching this video. Being a vegetarian it’s hard to find recipes that are protein dense. So, thank you!

I know right? I gotta try this, it looks delicious. 🤤 I don't usually like soya but Natasha makes it look good! Btw if you want a a protein dense recipe I just posted my recipe for "ful medames" it's an ancient Egyptian bean stew topped with eggs. If you like refried beans you might like these 🤷🏾‍♀️👩🏽‍🍳

Natasha huge fan of soy chunks. I’ve had this in Trinidad 🇹🇹 when we were fasting. Stew soy with red bean pelau , roast tomatoes and onion pepper 🤤

Omg Natasha than you soo much for showing this I was asking and begging for someone to teach / show how to do / prepare soya chunks or any size in soya as I wanted to learn how to make either curry or stew as you have demonstrated. Thanks a million for This. Only thing unfortunately I have none home to try it out. Not leaving my house until after lockdown. So maybe till then for me to head to Massy Store to get a pack and practice. I need to learn how to cook especially in this lockdown. To keep my mind from going crazy. Once again thank you. P.S. I tried the sada from the video you and @eatahfood provided it came out okay just it didn't swell. I just need to practice as it was my first time making same I had it with patchou my favorite.
