I had one just like that, but in 4 doors. I sold it to a collector in Tucson AZ around 1998. The seats were sublime and the black highlights the chrome perfectly.
@@GloucesterODaugherty Thank you for agreeing with me. He said it was a 305 That's an Oldsmobile 307 the oil fill yolk is a dead giveaway. The 305 had the oil fill on the valve cover. That’s correct. I had a white one with leather pillow seats in that deep maroon colour. And I had automatic air conditioning. Unbelievable highway ride!
I can’t remember, it was Chevy, Oldsmobile, Buick and Cadillacs for the cars a family should have every step of life’s success. Cadillac meant you made it.
This Buick with the 307 is actually an Oldsmobile 307, from 1980-1985 this engine was shared with the Buick line up. The location of the oil fill neck & the coolant bypass hose in the front of the engine were unique to the Oldsmobile, you can see it right at 6:19- 6:21.

😂😂😂 I'm a mechanic I used to work on this Garbage! This was one of the worst times in American car history,Than shortly after this we were blessed with the new computers that controlled the carburetors!! 🙄🙄🙄 Terrible...Gm only redeemed itself somewhat when they came out with the fuel injected 3.8 in the olds 98s ...
The tops of doors, steering wheel and fillers suggest climate controlled storage. I had my 2nd 85 Riviera and the wheel was cracked badly, some pieces fell off & it was garaged kept it's whole life. I sold it in 2021 with a lace up kit with wheel pieces,
I had a 1984 Riveria in 1985-1993 FWD the car was a good car except transmission was a Chevy Nova trans rhis car is a RWD and should last a 100 k miles

I adore my 75 to 93 landau top cars... But 18 grand for this car that's ridiculous!!!!... I got my 84 Buick Riviera just as clean as that one.. with 79,000 MI on it for 8,500 bucks from a car collector in Texas... This is ridiculously overpriced... Just FYI to anybody that wants to get landau top cars...
MAN! I remember those cars and miss cars like that.
This is the first round of the LeSabre inherited the interior from the Park Ave. Brought it up a notch.
Our family bought a 1984 4 door LeSabre blue with navy vinyl top. Essentially the same car. Best vehicle my family ever owned.😊😊

Love Buicks!!! Especially that interior.
That is GORGEOUS!!!! If I had the 💵💵💵, I would fly there to buy it and DRIVE it back to NE Ohio!!!
That's a 307 not a 305... The oil fill is on the intake on a 305 it's on the valve cover.
307y
Yes, it’s an Olds motor with that oil fill. Only Chevy and Pontiac used 305 in those years
By this time Oldsmobile was supplying the V8 engines to Buick so that is an Oldsmobile engine. The oil filler is the dead giveaway

Sweet Buick ! My grandfather bought a new baby blue one back then !
My friends parents had this car, I used to walk past it going to school in the 90's. Always wanted one, closest I got was a 83 sedan as my first car.
That's an Olds 307. Not a 305.

Did they not come with an Oldsmobile 350? I remember moms 1983 had the 350 .
I believe the Buick LeSabre had the 350 up until 1979 or 1980.

I owned this car in abt 1999ish ... It ran like new!!
She's a beaut of a Buick. Not a great engine but the ride makes up for it. Definitely built for comfort not speed.
❤beautful car!
Beautiful Buick! If only my wife would let me buy it!
Тобой жена командует? 😄
I have the same exact car, same interior, white exterior. All original except the drivetrain. Love the hell out of it
I just recently found one stored in a barn, its covered in dust but the interior is mint
Love 307 Oldsmobile engine had one in an 85 Delta 88. Also in a Cadillac Fleetwood 89 👍🇺🇲✊
I find it beautiful and sturdy More than its modern counterparts .
The same year I met my wife. Just a very nice car.
BEAUTIFUL BUICK
A JEWEL 💎
Still got one 💪💪

Very formal looking, it looks great! Too bad it doesn't have a Buick engine in it. For me personally, I want a Buick that is ALL Buick.
Chevy and Pontiac had the 305. Buick had the 307. The Buick were built at the Flint , MI Plant

I always look for the Fischer Body stamp on the bottom door trim plate.
Those seats look like Park Avenue seats...
Collector Ed LeSabre had them for last year. Park Ave was downsized and front wheel drive for 1985.

But the door trim is not quite as nice as on the Park Avenue.
