No, they tryin to screw you, got my 03 Buick Lesabre Custom for 4500, and that included tags and title Yes they are worth it Trust me, me personally when I'm buying/Looking for a car, yes I'd like it to look good, but I go by motor and trans. First. And these have the 3800s, BEST Engine GM EVER produced Get one, they will not disappoint. And the Engine bay is GREAT, plenty of room around the Engine, and you can get to everything with ease! And parts are very cheap to replace!!! Trust me, get one!!!
