Sadly, as someone who has a quite common personality as Marine, I can say that it's easy for us to fall in depression. Well Marine talked in her last talk stream that she felt depressed during her last member stream and said to not too worry about it even if she cannot talk about the reason because it's personal.
What I learned after having to deal with people that are depressed for years, if you dont know what to say, just sit beside them and wait for them to say something. And dont sit and play with your phone, just sit beside them in silence. After they're done crying, there's a really high chance that they will start talking. And dont overly react either. Just give them acknowledgment that you're listening. Silence is comforting. Juat by listening to their problem you would send a message that you care enough to be there for them. And if while listening to their problems you managed to think of a good response that might help their problem, then you can say it after they're done venting. But dont be patronizing. They more likely to listen to you after they managed to get their problems out of their chest.

I recently lost my mum (6 1/2 weeks ago now) and I appreciate just friends being beside me and listen to me when I told them stories of my mum and so on. if somebody griefs or is depressed etc. Just be there for him you dont have to do much just listen show them that you care.
A sad Marine truly breaks our hearts, I know we joke around and such but we truly care about her and the other members whenever they're feeling down. My heart instantly breaks whenever I see someone crying. 🥺
